Over the time that she has cared for my mother, I have consistently observed her treating residents with humility, kindness, patience, and respect. She is pleasant, soft-spoken, attentive, and quick to respond when residents need assistance. What stands out most is her willingness to go above and beyond her basic responsibilities. She takes the time to ensure that residents are clean, comfortable, and treated with dignity. Nazarethville is a special place with such caring staff. My mom is a resident here and her CNA, Randy, is outstanding. She genuinely cares about my mom and has a smile on her face even doing daily tasks for her like bathroom and showering. I’ve witnessed her care many times and she is always kind and helpful. She makes sure my mom is warm and comfy, and her DVD player and hearing aids are charged and ready. These little things make a difference.Randy talks to her like a person and a friend. She is great with check-ins and meals and activities. I can’t express how much peace this gives us knowing Randy is there for my mom. Lala is another CNA who helps her get ready for bed and is kind too. We have also had wonderful experiences working with Jane, who handles the finances, and Noemi, who helped us with admissions. Gerald the administrator has said we can contact him anytime and he has always been responsive and caring as well. We are so happy she is well cared for here.

My sister and I are truly blessed to have found such an amazing facility for our Mom’s rehab after fracturing her femur. Every person that we have met or dealt with at Ascension Nazarethville Place has been so kind , thoughtful and supportive!!! We could not ask for a better environment for her to rehabilitate at and provide long term care if necessary. Thanks for ALL YOU DO!!!

My mom recently broke her hip after her hospital stay we selected Nazarethville for her month of Rehabilitation. Myself and my siblings were so grateful for this place , Rebecca and Liz took great care of our 88 year old mother. My mother was very pleased especially for Rebecca’s kindness. I was grateful for the ease of intake. Noemi walked me through all the procedures and what to expect. If I ever have to go through rehab myself this is the place I’ll go to. The intake , the nurses, the therapists, the pastor, the activities director and even the laundry girl were Great ! Kudos !

My mother was recently at the hospital and upon intake the nurses taking care of her asked me where she lived. I told her Nazarethville nursing home and they were amazed that she was coming from a nursing home because she was so well taken care of. They said they almost never see anyone in such good physical condition coming from a nursing home. I should also add that Nazarethville takes good care of my mom not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. We feel blessed to have found this place.

First the ENTIRE STAFF are so efficient , walk in no waiting . I meet the doctor for the first time he made me feel so comfortable and that he had my well being top on his list, so opened and took his time , absolutely love this place!

I came to pick up a resident and to take him to his Doctors appointment. I signed in and went to first floor nursing station. Nazarethville is clean, and orderly and also adds flowers and pictures of residents and their visitors on the wall. Each room has a photo of the person next to their door. The cafeteria and chapel are beautiful. Nazarethville has a lot to offer including an outside large patio for residents to sit amongst flowers. I was impressed.

My husband and I came to visit Ascension Nazarethville to tour and speak to someone regarding placing my mother. We did not have an appointment. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. Facility was organized and very clean. Residents appeared happy and engaged. Our wait was brief, we were accommodated as a guest. Noemi Soto, admissions director, took her time to give us a tour and answer all our questions. We were very happy with the facility and staff, and are looking to place my mother in their caring hands. It was comforting to feel trusting after our experience. Thank you.

This is a very new experience for our family. We were worried and concerned with everything about long term care. How will the care be for our mother? Will she be clean? Can she feel comfortable? Do they have activities for a 90+ years old After some time, we can see the care that was being provided and started to feel relieved that our mother has been well taken care. Nurses and CNAs are very gentle, polite, patient, friendly and are focused with the care our mother needs. The physical therapy team is excellent. The staff were all very friendly, very nice and very informative. The spaces all seemed very clean. Filling out the weeks meal menu for my grandmother, the menu looked to have a very nice variety for different diets and preferences. It was a stressful learning curve in getting our mother into a care facility as it was our first experience but both Doug and Deb were extremely helpful in helping us through the process navigation of getting my mother into their facility. They were very responsive, friendly, upfront, patient throughout the application procedure . A big shout-out to Doug who often responded to our messages even after his working hours. Understanding the urgency of our needs, they also informed us of open room possibilities within their network. Our entire family is very happy to get our mother into your facility as it was our first choice, secured clean friendly staff!!!!! Thank from Grace and the Chan family.

I found Nazarethville Place to be very nice. My aunt was here and I visited her often. She had a private room that was good size. There’s a really nice chapel where they hold mass daily.

Today was my 1st day visiting my mom in law since she came here 2 weeks ago. I am a nurse. I was very impressed with the security as O entered and the COVID safety protocols. The receptionist was so friendly and patient and explained many things to welcome me and help me feel comfortable. Than I met Jane Fiore. Wow what a gift to Nazarethville. She is a friend before my MIL moved in. Once we heard she works here we felt it was providential mom was admitted. Every part of the home was so clean and inviting. I loved all the artwork, birds, case of nun dolls and the beautiful outside grounds. Blessings to you all. Diane Adam visiting Elsie Adam a new resident Today is 11/10/21. I had a wonderful visit with Elsie from room 104. She was in the activity room upon arrival on the afternoon. The activity director is so kind and patient with all the residents especially Elsie. We took her to the large gathering room at the end of a wing. It is so pleasant to visit there. When we wheeled her back her care giver took great care of her. This is a ten star Home for my mother in law. Her room is always so clean and bed made. We are lucky she is here. Elsie feels very happy here. Blessings to you all. 12/5/21. Elsie’s health is declining. Her care is always excellent and reporting by staff helps us understand what she is and isn’t able to do. That helps. I felt a sense of peace and calm when I toured this facility. It’s an older building but everything was well maintained. The residents were up and about. They were clean, dressed and seemed happy. They let me poke my head (with a mask on) into the dining room at lunch when they were dining. There is a salon, and activity area. The outdoor patio was very nice. There are mass services every day and if you can’t get to the chapel you can see it on the TV in your room. I really liked this place. During my visit all COVID protocols were followed to ensure the safety of everyone. Doug did a great job showing me around and explaining how everything works. If you are blessed enough to have a family member here I’m sure they will be well taken care of.

The staff is fabulous! Nerie is very helpful when making an appointment to see my cousin Geri. Doug and Martin are very considerate and helpful physically. They loaded a cedar chest into my vehicle. I will definitely pray for them and their families.

I have visited about six skilled Nursing Facilities for my husband. I was very disappointed in what I was finding. Upon a recommendation by a nurse I visited Ascension Living Nazarethville Place. Doug the admissions director met us and we toured the facility. As soon as I walked into the facility I had a good feeling. It was impeccably maintained.. The rooms were very nice and spacious. What I liked most is that there is a religious connection, they have a beautiful chapel. I was told the nursing care is impeccable. There is a beautiful dining area, a library and a stunning outdoor patio. Doug, the admissions director answered all our questions and spent about an hour with us. I would be very pleased to have my husband in such a wonderful caring facility, knowing he would be given the best care.

I have had my mom here for almost 3 years and I would highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Jane, the business manager is wonderful, she will walk you through all the paperwork from financing to Medicaid. Deacon Jack is an angle and he is very good with all the residents. I truly appreciate everything that everyone does and can’t recommend a better place.

The check in procedure was quick and easy. We met my mother outside in front of the building at the picnic table. The weather was sunny with temperatures in the high 50s (with a persistent breeze). When she was brought out, she only had a jumpsuit on. She complained about being cold and the staff brought her a sweater and a thin blanket. We cut the visit short so that she could get back inside and warm up. Is it possible to switch the outdoor visits to indoor visits when the weather is 70 or below? She was happy to see us.

3 years ago my mother was going in to be a resident and this place was amazing ,from being super clean to awesome worker like pat and jane and neri . they all so kind .up to this year all was going great until presence was changing members from a great social worker lauren to nobody and to a temporary directory that is so cold and no thoughtful. when my mother pasted away took 2 hrs for them to notify me and when they did I was drilled by the nurse .then she said and I quote wanted to tell you your mother passed and when are you coming or when is the funeral home going to come to get you mother ,so cold . the DoN is worthless because I left messages to see my mother and never got back to me by friday that I wanted to see her and then my mother passed on monday morning ,so In a nutshell this place is going the wrong way ,corporate America taking over and NO compassion for patients .so horrible ,god bless them
