Could not be happier with the care my family member gets in the day program. Any questions/concerns (about her, not the program) I have had are responded to quickly and professionally. The only areas I would say could be better is access after the receptionist leaves is difficult via the buzzer system they have in place, and recently with the change in manager it has been difficult to get someone on the phone when I have needed to speak to someone. But again, messages are always returned quickly.

they are dedicated staff you are treated like a family and everyone is encouraged and managed to participate in all activities . The community is very upscale. They have coverage for your loved one at all times.

My mother was a resident at both Gidwitz Place and the Friend Center and we found that the level of care and all the services far exceeded those of other facilities we had researched. We were very happy with both places and would highly recommend to anyone!
