My mother has lived at Senior Suites of Ravenswood Manor for over 20 years. She was happy here until bed bugs moved in. After the 1st round of treatments, my mother found bugs. Management insisted she was seeing things. Finally, they conceded her unit was infested. Inspections & treatments were poorly scheduled w/ insufficient communications & no shows throughout this 2-year ordeal. The story now is that tenants were "refusing entry' for exterminators. That is not true in my mother's case. She has never denied entry. We've spent thousands to remedy this, including lawyer fees. Their insurance, Travelers, stated the bldg was not at fault & refuses to compensate us for any costs. They refuse to remove carpet & inspect the floors underneath where bed bugs hide & survive treatment. They required that her bed be removed & this 86-year-old woman slept on a couch for months w/ her possession in storage. Now, I'm trying to get confirmation that the unit is clear & emails are ignored. AVOID.

We scheduled an appointment to see this facility and we were glad to see that the building is great and very clean on t h e outside area of the building. Once my daughter went inside with her dad, we were greeted by Ms Jailean. She was super great. She gave us a tour of the facility. She answered all if our questions. Shes an excellent people person and we were happy to receive her phone call, we she informed us that my daughters dad got the apartment. Inside this facility is very clean , and a happy atmosphere. This is how every facility should function.

My husband and I went to inquire about residency. Such a warm friendly atmosphere staff was great and very knowledgeable and informative answered all my questions. The environmental staff was very helpful and the property itself inside and out wasexce was extremely clean.. was placed on the waiting list. Waiting

I went in to this location for information for a family member. The building itself is very Clean and well kept. Everything in the lobby seems modern and up to date. At the front door there is a double door security system with remote access. The lady Milagros Rivera is top notch. She was very eager to help me and give me information to help look what I was looking for. I was super impressed by her service and knowledge. Thank you very much and please dont change a thing.
