Fob entrance... Security very courteous and helpful. The lobby is very nice and clean. Three elevators, workout center,Health instructor twice a week, pet friendly, recreation center, laundry first floor, storage units per resident and mailroom for packages.

Finally, I would be moving out soon to a new apartment- I haven't had a good or bad experience living in maple point apartments---there are places in the building that need be upgraded such as the washers & dryers in the laundry room and the elevators, I gotten stuck twice while going down the elevators- Overall, my living experience has been okay but not great. PS. the owner needs to hire a guard as well,
