My husband was here for 3 weeks. Staff was amazing. The staff really cares about the residents.There were days staff just stopped in to say hello. PT, OT and speech therapy were amazing. The only reason not higher ratings is that, like all facilities, they are short staffed. I have recommended this facility to others

Yesterday was my Mom’s first day. It was really tough because she really wants to be home, but her needs are now beyond home health. The staff was AMAZING- so welcoming and attentive and so kind. Her companion room is spotless- and we were able to decorate it just like home. We are very grateful!

I've had my husband stay at this community four different times and each experience had been excellent. The nursing staff is efficient, caring, and attentive. The therapy department is outstanding and truly was the best therapy he had ever had helping him make progress each time. The activities team also goes above and beyond bringing activities to his room so he could stay engaged and entertained. I'm grateful for the wonderful care and support he received. Highly recommend

This place is the best place I’ve ever been wen it comes to elderly they are very well educated. No one is left out everything looks to be in good condition, doesn’t have a bad Oder ,very friendly people. This senior home is a blessing. I visited today and toured with Renee and Pam. This is a warm, welcoming community. I had the privilege to meet many team members who have been there for a long time! Residents were happy, welcoming and obviously cared for. It was lunch time and the food looked delicious.

A loved one, my husband, is being cared for at Eden Vista while he recovers from a fall. He receives pt, ot, and speech therapy. The nursing and support staff are kind and patient. They seem to care about him. I had heard many negatives about nursing homes, but none of that applies to Eden Vista Burr Ridge. Whoever does the hiring of staff must be commended. Thank you for bringing in the high caliber people who are caring for my husband. God bless you all. ™

This is my mom's 2nd rehab visit to Eden Vista (prev. AKA Dimensions Living) in a year. We are very satisfied with the care of the staff, nursing, activities, and physical therapy they have provided for her. We take turns visiting her every day and are always impressed with the service she gets. She loves Bingo, bunco, word games, etc...although this time she is not as mobile as her first trip here and she gets tired a lot but we expect that with her many health issues at 88 years of age. Here's a few pics of her stay here.

No one can imagine how hard it is to have to place a parent into a care facility. The decision is often made under extreme conditions. When you make the decision you hope that the facility will take care of your parent as well as you have. I can honestly say that Dimensions Living Burr Ridge gave me the guidance I needed to make the right decision, and all the care that my 100 year old mother needs 24 hours a day. There isn't one person that I have interacted with from the Exec Director to every member of the staff, that has treated my mother and myself, with kindness and respect. If you have to place your loved one into a care facility, please talk to Dimensions Living Burr Ridge FIRST.

My mother has been a resident here since November 2022 due to healthcare needs. The onboarding staff was very detailed and took time reviewing the facility as well as answering any questions. The nursing staff has been so helpful to mom over the last few months and the physical therapy staff has helped her be more mobile. The meals choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner have been very good so far. Mom has had a positive experience and we are thankful for the entire staff that cares for her.

My grandmother has lived here since April of last year. The people who work here are friendly and really care about my grandmother. The food here is delicious and there are plenty of activities to keep my grandmother busy and happy. I am so happy my family made the decision to bring my grandmother to Dimensions Living in Burr Ridge. My family and I are so grateful my grandmother has a great place to live as she continues to age. Dimensions did everything they could do to make it possible for my mom to attend my daughter's wedding while recovering from a short illness. The staff there is so lovely and caring.

My Mother has been at Brookdale Burr Ridge since 2017, at which point it was a GOOD place to be. They are able to address her myriad of health issues, which is wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming & staff were responsive to her needs/wishes. The food was quite good. However, since January, things have changed. The Maintenance Mgr, Housekeeping Manager, Dining Services Manager and Executive Director have all quit since then. Other service (housekeeping, maintenance, cooks, servers, receptionist )staff has been a revolving door of new faces, over & over. Makes a person wonder what on earth is going on. Because of this turnover & a terrible lack of training, staff is often clueless. About many things. Most recently, residents have ALL been upset because their rooms have not been cleaned, linen changed in 2-3 WEEKS. My Mom had a maintenance guy changing her bed linen. Because she ASKED to have it done. 3-4x/wk food on the posted menu is not available. They run out! Or food is not as described on the menu. Or it is missing components. Or the portions are tiny. My Mom was told that they had no jello. In a senior living center! And there is always some excuse from management. Sadly there has been no CHANGE. It is quite sad. Hopefully, if they read this & realize that their new business will drop off, it will spur them on to affect the changes that are needed.

My 98 year old Aunt is presently at the Burr Ridge Brookdale facility, and I am so happy to say that she taken care of so very well. Each time I visit, she is clean, dressed, hair and makeup done, and out in the general population socializing. Everyone at this facility, including the receptionist, social worker Stephanie, and all nurses and aides are so attentive and loving to my dear aunt. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and caring to such a wonderful lady. She is a treasure, and you treat her as such. I am extremely grateful, and so is she.
