In 2006, I did CNA clinicals here, when it was called Rexburg health and rehab. Of all the things I learned and frequently teach others, was/is how to fill portable oxygen tanks. My CNA trainer was named Jody, and we wound up going to nursing school together. When I started picking up shifts here in 2022, I saw Jody working there as a CNA instructor. The DON has the same name. AND I LOVE HER. The administrator was once an "administrator in training" for quite some time in Pocatello. ADORE HIM!!! BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM AROUND. (AROUND REXBURG. LOL. BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER IS AT MY CURRENT JOB IN POCATELLO. HA)

My gramma came here for rehab after a back surgery, she could not express how much love she has for this place!! the therapy was amazing got her exactly where she needs to be, food was good, and she was taken such good care of by the nurses and CNAs! She loved going to the exercise group in the morning tan by activies! all over just an amazing plea e to be and work! Any family concerns were addressed so quickly and in such good attitude! this place has given my family and i a peace of mind and eyes full of happy tears knowing our loved one is being well taken care of! thank you temple view!! 1/8 update: To add to my first review, my Gramma had to come back to temple view for a revision back surgery. This time her being here, she was way less functional, and in much more pain. My opinion of this place and the staff members haven't changed a bit. They're all amazing and took such great care of her. Thank you again temple view, i am so grateful to have a place i can trust with my loved ones.

On behalf of Brenda: The staff is great, I can't say enough about them. Some of my favorite staff members are Dianna, Lawuo, and Becky. The food is pretty good! The cooks are great, they'll make you food if you're unable to swallow they'll remake it. I love the pork roast meals, and the breakfast with hashbrowns, ham and eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Therapy is good, they push you but not too much. I'm going to practice what I learned in therapy at home. I would highly recommend therapy to someone else. Housekeeping could be better, I spilled a pudding on the floor and they didn't mop it. The nurse Becky cleaned it up even though she shouldn't have had to. Activities is fun. We made some pompoms yesterday and it was fun. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs rehabilitation. Tyson was great and he came right in and talked to my roommate and I.

As an employee and as a family member of those who have needed these services, there is no other place I would rather place my trust in. Nursing care to therapy to activities- This is the place if you are looking for excellent and holistic care! Their staff are happy to provide everything your loved one needs to reach their rehab goals. I have seen so many changes for the better since becoming an Ensign facility in 2019- I have worked here since 2000. Great place to work! Awesome opportunities for employees! Great place for your loved ones to rehab or transition to long term care!

I had a fall injury and came to Templeview for recovery. Had a few complications while here, but was taken care of buy an amazing staff. I have bad social anxiety so just spent time in room. But then j started to get out and participate in activities. Got to know staff really well and began to have an awesome experience. Leaving was really hard. I had formed a new family. It was a very pleasant experience. You just have to open your mind and enjoy. Again the staff from housekeeping all the way up was awesome and helpful. Recommend this place for recovery. If I ever need it again u will come back here.

I've edited 4-5 times. No matter what- this is my last edit. I think I mentioned everyone here has their own rules. No two residents are the same. Even a CNA agreed with me on that. And I've ask a few CNA's, a couple nurses how they view this one rule. Each said something different. And, I now have to live with this rule-but I know for sure if I did it I'd get talked to. Don't ask, not telling-but there are many other rules that change per person perhaps per day/week. Not sure on that. It's a great place but needs a tighter ship being ran. And follow ups on everything. JMHO- end of last edit. Management/ADM are excellent. Nurses, CNA's Hospitality aides are perfect! Food? Depends on the day. 3 of my meals never showed up. Laundry...nothing has changed still poorly run. Everyone has their own rules. No two people live by the exact rules. For me, I have no rights. Others have their rights for them, but not me. However, there never in my life. Curfew is 10pm for me, but the TV across the room is still on it's just about 11 pm. An overhead wall light that is a bright as a semi truck has been on since 10am. I'm gave this person my lamp just to get that football field light off. Physically Therapy staff is great. Neil Neil Neil. He's just the best. I'm not happy with being asked "why are you here?" "why did you com here?" By a young PT staff member. Kelsey, Hannah, Maddie, Mary, Harmon, Matt, Luke..., Stacy, Amy, Angi, THOMAS—the best ever! Jody, ASHLEY AND PAM are best nurses ever! Presley, Jody-head nurse, Garrett —in PT Andrew you're cool. If your name isn't here I've yet to remember or put on my secret list to remember! But you're all just great!! ASHLEY AND PAM--best two nurses there is. Not naming this nurse-but I didn't like getting my night meds 1.5 hours late weeks ago and just a couple days ago I didn't get my meds until 10pm. Both times-same nurse. Building is nice. Oh, Ray the maintenance guy is great. Tyson n Teresa and Georgeanna are the best ADM there is. Thank you Tyson for your kindness, support and making me not so nervous. But back to rules--why do they only pertain to me? Regarding the food/kitchen I have one or two questions. Why am I always always served last? Why have three meals never been served to me? 7-27-2023. 6:43 pm. NO DINNER YET!

My over all experience here at temple view has been supportive and very helpful. The staff have helped me up and beyond. They have a lot for the people to do and physical therapy. It's pretty clean and comfortable. I've been here for 4 weeks and today I get to go home. The food is good and if you can't eat what they are serving they have alternate options. Ty all for everything you have done for me and my recovery... God bless

My mother was here and they are all amazing people. They took excellent care of my mom and we were always made to feel welcome any time we were there. Between physical therapy, memory care, the food and all the workers my mom was well cared for. I would highly recommended Temple View.

My father was so nervous to spend time in a facility, but when he got there it was amazing. All the staff at temple view were so kind and so attentive to his needs. The therapy did so much for him, he became stronger than he has been in years . From the admission to the discharge he was well taken care of .

On behalf of Valene: The staff is excellent, they have good manners. I have never found a place like this ever. Very professional. Some of my favorite staff are Stacy, Dianna, Bruce, Jody, Julie, Hanna, Lawuo, Kennedy, Tyson, Jaxon, Becky, Tricia, Andrew, Neil, Marissa, Shelly, and Presley. The Dietary staff are always willing to remake my food, or get me something new so I can it. I loved the food that I got. I loved the biscuits and gravy. Therapy has been good, they always push you to help you become better. I would absolutely recommend the therapy to everyone else. I was on my death bed, and therapy helped me become better. Activities has been good. An activity intern was very willing to help me with the things I needed help with.

Top notch facility and Leadership.
March 2022
Treatment from physical and occupational therapy staff is exceptional. Nursing staff was for the most part very good as well. However, many times I had to wait long periods of time (sometimes over an hour) to receive assistance from CNAs when needed after turning on my call light. The facility's Dr. doesn't take time with residents to address their concerns or answer questions. He took his sweet time getting medication to me for an infection (over a week). He would not address concerns after hours or over the weekends. Food was was always brought to me cold and needed to be reheated. Kitchen staff would not pay attention to what was filled out on the menu. Food had no flavor and portion sizes were very small. Overall communication between all staff needs to be improved!

Temple View took wonderful care of my wife while she was recovering from surgery. The physical therapy was tailored to her personal needs and she responded well.

This center has some great leaders. The center is clean and welcoming and staff really care for their patients.
December 2020
I have had the pleasure of interacting with the majority of the temple view staff and they have all been amazing to work with. The rehab and therapy team including Susie, Sarah, Brooke and Kara have really impressed me with their ability to connect with their patients and provide individualized care. I am able to work closely with them to provide specialized mobility equipment for their patients. This can cause extra time, effort and paperwork but they gladly do it for the comfort and safety of those they serve. Temple View is constantly going above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.
