Very homey feel! Residents all seem like they are very happy and friendly. Nancy did our tour, she is fantastic don't let her get away she's a keeper. Will definitely recommend to all.

Have lived here 14 months. Wonderful facility. Seems like a cruise ship! Only problem here is inability to attract reliable workers.

The facility is attractive. The residents have fun with each other & enjoy activities. The frequent rent increases are rough. This causes stress, yet the residents seem afraid to approach management. With the lack of employees & the high turnover, the prices continue to increase. Less service, yet much higher prices each year. Definitely not fair. At the front desk they are not overly welcoming to visiting family. We are taken through a questionnaire along with multiple, circular face shots every single day we visit. The face shots are disturbing. Perhaps mug shots are less invasive?? Creates an atmosphere/feeling of distrust.

We have spent hours calling aroung as we need an escort to get dad in and out of a wheel chair at his eye surgery as the Garden Plaza can no longer provide this service to its residents.They will provide ride only to and from, but doctor office requires someone to be there to help in in and out of chair.

Be aware that the sales staff are not always upfront about costs and amenities. My father was told one fee by sales staff and other staff said no one comes in at that price. So then my father had to pay more money than expected. My father was told they would provide transportation to his medical appointments that also was not true. My father asked specifically if they would cross to the Washington border told later no they won't. The staff over see his meds and allowed his meds to run out. My dad loves the facility just not how staff have handled things. So word of advice get the sales staff to put their quotes and offers of immenties in writing. My dad is new there I hope things improve. Not a good start.

Outstanding facility. Highly recommend to all who appreciate a highly friendly and professional staff, 5 star dining, 5 star living and a myriad of activities. There has been a lot of effort by Century Park to make this a top senior community and it shows.

I wish I was here to leave an outstanding review, but that's just not the case. Back when my grandmother moved in the staff was wonderful! Now, not so much. They speak to me like I'm senile, or asking too much of them. It's not acceptable, especially with COVID and it's not easy to get to my grandma to assist her. I want to feel like my calls of concern are heard and understood. But there's this tone from them that seems put out. The food is always good, the place is beautiful and well kept. But for the cost, I don't care if my call are ridiculous, make people feel understood, not more concerned.

We treasure Garden Plaza of Post Falls for the service they do for the elderly in our community and the outreach efforts they provide to the community also. We attend Halloween and Easter here each year and value the interaction between our little ones and the residents. As a living space I can also personally vouch for the cleanliness and pristine environment in all the buildings and the positive community they foster. I have always been genuinely impressed with the staff's ability to know all the residents by name and face. We have spent time here in two different buildings here with our loved ones. Keep up the great work!
