This facility has been around for a long time. It is an older building which can be off putting at first. Once you step inside this little facility, you feel right at home. It does not feel like a facility or an institute. The residents are clean, happy and well cared for. The staff are happy and well cared for and the administration takes time to get to know each resident in order to provide a tailor made care experience for loved ones. The staff is always friendly when they answer the door and always willing to help or answer questions. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for loving, compassionate caregivers to care for your loved ones.

This is such a wonderful company to work for! They make sure the staff is always taken care of so they can provide the best care for the residents! Its truly a warm loving environment from the care that is provided to the residents to the staff that are truly family! I would always recommend Rosetta to any family or friends for the best care or to be apart of a wonderful work family!

We took our mom from another assisted living facility in Pocatello, Idaho due to lack of care, (Quail Ridge) the more we paid the quality of care depleted, So we talked to friends who had family members at Rosetta, and they told us how happy they were with the quality of care, We moved our mother to Rosetta where she lived out the rest of her life, HAPPY and taken care of, They also treated us as family. We were so pleased withe the treatment our family received. I can not thank them enough for the love the gave our mom and our family.

I had my Grandma at Rosetta and it was such a wonderful experiance! The staff are caring and very comfortable and educated on memory care. My Grandma had Alzheimers and we had a hard time finding a place that felt like home for her. Rosetta welcomed us with open arms and we are so thankful we made decision to place Grandma there! The building was always clean and the food was wonderful home-cooked meals. If you are looking for a place that does a wonderful job with memory care, this is the place!

Greatest facility in town specializing in memory care-dementia. Staff and administrator are very caring and compassionate about providing the car my loved one needed. Great homey and welcoming feeling when we visited. Would recommend them to care for your loved ones.

As a former employee of Rosetta Assisted Living, I can say that the employees here will put your loved ones first no matter what. It is most impressive how the staff here is able to balance the care to residents on top of cooking for all the residents and keeping the place spotless. They are in constant motion to keep everything up to par. Multiple activities are offered to each resident throughout the day and activities are designed to work for each individual resident. Meals and snacks are also meant to fit each individual. Staff will prepare separate meals for a resident if they wish to not eat what is provided. It is sad to mention but I feel it must be said that whether you decide to visit your family member or not that you have opted to place in their care, the staff will make them feel very loved and very much at home. The personal relationships that the employees develop with the residents is remarkable. They truly love them. I was very lucky to have ever worked here and I miss the staff and residents every day.

These guys do a great job!!! I would highly recommend them to care for a loved one. Food was better here than the other facility we moved him from and it has a home feel. They were just renovating some of the rooms and interior when pops passed.

Our aunt was at Rosetta in Pocatello for a little over a year. All the caregivers there are so patient and kind and I felt that they really loved her. It was very comforting to know she was in good hands. It is also a beautiful facility - very homelike and a joy to visit her there.
