A Place For Mom
I love the place. It's like having your mom at home because it's such a small facility. And they get to know her on a one to one basis. The staff are wonderful and very caring. They look at the overall person, and then they decide how they're going to handle a situation. It's not cookie cutter care. It's specific to her as an individual, which is awesome. If I had to give any criticism, I would say sometimes internal communication from one caregiver to another is not always there. But that's something small and has not been a big deal. Overall I think they're great. They do an excellent job of keeping everything clean. The kitchen is always immaculate when we go in. And my loved one's room is very clean is well. I think they do the absolute best they can.
