Preslie a cargiver at grace has been my favorite from day 1, other than that the care staff is great and i have recived great care, even before becoming bed bound i was impressed by the amount of entertainment provided, quality of the food and especially the music by monte every other thursday. I have to apprciate the entire assisted living as a whole they have been great.

I was here with my husband and after he passed in Calwell I moved back to Nampa Grace because of the great care he received when we were there and I know so many of the residents so it was like comming home. I am still at Grace.and happy.

Grace in Nampa has really pretty floors, the front office is really nice, the new lighting they updated is beautiful, staff is very helpful whenever I need help. Administration is always always available super easy to talk to.

I was a resident at Grace Nampa for two and a half years. I was not a happy camper because I didn't want to move there. Even though the staff as a whole was kind, respectful and professional I found one med tech to go beyond her regular duties. Her name is Danielle. She is the bright star there. If a resident asked her to do something that was not in her job description, she would do it anyway. If it wasn't for her, I would not have a good experience there. I made some friends and I miss seeing her every day. If you ask any of the residents, they will tell you the same thing. I go and visit with my friends when I get the chance. Danielle makes being in this environment a nice place to live.

I lived at Grace Assisted Living for two and a half years, I found the staff to be respectful and kind while I was there, I found one med tech who went above and beyond her regular job. I was not a happy camper when I first went there but I didn't have a choice. Dannille Graham is the person I am talking about. She was the one who made living there comfortable. If somebody asked her to do something not in her job description she wouldn't hesitate to do it, She is a shinning light at Grace. I could never had to make it there if not for her. She is definitely an asset to the staff there. There isn't anything she can't do and if you ask any resident there they will tell you the same thing. I miss being there because I made some friends and started to feel comfortable. I didn't want to leave but unfortunately I couldn't afford to stay there. I have been at Grace Assisted Living in Nampa, Idaho for a total of over 5 years. I can't say enough about Grace. I went home for a week and found I couldn't handle living alone. I tried to get back to Grace but all the rooms were filled. So I had to go to another assisted living facility in Nampa for a month. I was scolded at the other facility every day or breaking some rule. I was very unhappy there and my son said, "Mom, we'll get you back to Grace." Shortly after that a beautiful "single delux" room became available. The staff were so glad to see me back. It was treated like family only better. I am so happy here. The staff is loving and helpful. I am a balloon artist and both the staff and residents love the balloon creations I make. Now I'm working on a "joke sheet" that has 10 new jokes each week. I've never been scolded for being late for meals or anything else because they know I'm very busy. I am treated with so much love and respect. If there was a heaven on earth, this is it. My mother and father moved into Nampa Grace and immediately it was such a welcoming community. My father passed away in Oct. and they have taken just such great care of my mother. The staff is helpful, very friendly and kind to the residents. You just feel that your loved one is cared for.

Hi! My folks moved here December 7th, 2021. My dad had checked out other facilities but felt that GRACE was the best fit for him and Mom. Our family totally agrees! All 5 of us kids have been able to visit along with grandkids and numerous other family members and friends. We've called each morning and throughout the day, checking in often during the week. Some of us have been able to spend 8-9 hours visiting over a period of days. We've all been impressed with the comfort and personal care of the staff, as well as the friendliness of the other residents! Anyone who has experienced any amount of time in these facilities knows that the staff and workers have to draw upon higher levels of compassion and kindness for these sunset years of life that might be difficult for many family members. We've watched our Mom transition to heaven, with all the loving care needed. Dad is still with us and continually thankful for each new day. GRACE may have a common turnover of caregivers, but as one favorite leaves another steps up to their place. We have lots of "favorites!" We & our folks have always been greeted with a smile, or hug, often accompanied by a kind or humorous thought. All in all, taking our parents lead we've been nothing but thankful for the friendly, capable care and good people of Grace Assisted Living (Nampa, Idaho).

Our precious parents have lived at Grace Assisted Nampa for over 5 years. What a wonderful place. The staff are courteous, patient, and tender towards our folks- always calling them by name and stopping to greet them. We have used two levels of care at Grace Assisted so far- they offer many levels of care which is a comfort- no need to move facilities. Both levels have offered our parents the care they required. Amy is the director. She is a wonderful human: exactly the kind of person you want at the helm of a team of caretakers. Her love for the residents is obvious and her team of trained staff exhibits the same level of patience and compassion. The facility itself is lovely and often updated. Its clean. It smells fresh. Its offers many places for families to gather and visit- some large and some more intimate. Gatherings can happen both inside and outside and are encouraged (with notice obviously). There is a safe, level place to walk: again, inside and outside. Parking is adequate. Security is adequate. Location is convenient. Outings are planned for residents and transportation provided. In-house activities like BINGO and games are daily events. The meals/snacks are generously diverse and served with a smile. Communication between staff and the resident's family members is good. We especially appreciate that. I really can't say enough about how pleased we are with Grace Nampa. We never worry about the care of our loved ones.

My husband and I have lived at Grace in Nampa for 7 months. We had toured it before and been impressed with everything we saw. There are wide halls, a theater, activity area (with daily activities), a very nice, large dining room and most important, workers, and MedTechs who are friendly and helpful. The office personnel: Grace Administrator, Nurse, and Office manager are pleasant and easy to talk to. We think that you would be very happy at Nampa Grace.

If your loved one needs medical oversight find someplace else.Ours did not,plan of care was not followed,and rate hikes still increased.Front office staff (nurse,lead staff)were clueless to what transpired daily re our loved ones. It was constant oversight per family. Started out ok however once needs increased the oversight didnt. Family would pick them up for outings to be greeted with shoes on wrong feet,hair disheveled, soiled blouse/shirt.When calling ahead that family would be arriving at certain time for Dr's appt etc one time she was still in bed when in fact they told me she was ready and heading towards front door.There were also times they didn't get to the dining room.When staff asked why the staff"didnt know".If a meal tray delivered there was a charge.We moved her out after a fall and hospitization 2021.The only positive was when Dad passing (on hospice)during Covid we were allowed in the building.

I am currently an employee at grace assisted living being in this field for over 13 yrs. I can honestly say I have never worked for such an amazing facility. I really enjoy going to work where its feels like home and family and hardly feels like work. We as a team built of our friendly awesome administrator and nurse our care staff all the way to our housekeeping and kitchen we all take great pride and honor in our work and having the privilege of caring for your loved one.

I have visited residents in five senior facilities in Nampa and found Grace to be hands-down the nicest. I was very impressed with how quickly call buttons were answered at Grace and by Berkley, the administrator. The resident I recently visited bragged about her care there.

I have worked for this company for over 3yrs and I can easily say it is the best company I have ever worked for. I recently just transferred to the nampa location and love it. Berklee is not only an amazing administrator to her employees but to her residents as well. She is always going above and beyond for everyone and making sure things are running smoothly. Tricia the nurse is always so helpful and there when we need her. The staff was so kind and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place not only for someone looking for work but if you are looking for a place to call your forever home.

I have worked for Grace now over 4 years and since then I have had the opportunity to work with really great residents, co workers, and management. starting out from caregiving and working my way up to administrator has been the best experience. the opportunities that the owner, linda Hines has given me will leave me forever grateful. there is no other assisted living or management that I would rather work for. her compassion to the staff and residents defidently shows in all her beautiful buildings. I can promise you that working at grace or bringing your family to Grace, will be the best decision you will make.

Mom has lived with Grace for over 3 years now and has never been happier!!!! Everyone there is great and very helpful!!!! Activities are always great and the director does an amazing job with coordinating the wants with the residents. Food is delicious!!!! The kitchen staff is great to work with and they always have multiple options to choose from.

Ive worked at Grace for 3 years and a lot of things have changed since then. The new manager Berklee is on top of things. Shes friendly and helpful. The nurse Tricia is awesome at what she does and if anyone has questions or needs help, she is always there. She never pushes anything to the side. The residents are all pretty friendly and like to joke around with staff. The residents seem to enjoy the food, some feel that it can be repetitive. I know the kitchen has been working on adding different items to their menu to fix this. Its a very clean building with beautiful decorations. The Activities Director always has lots of fun activities planned. Susan is really great at finding fun things that the residents enjoy. I honestly cant think of anything to complain about.I guess Grace really is the place!

Ive worked for Grace 3 years now we have a strong team of caregivers and medtechs. I honestly enjoy working here the residents are the sweetest. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for your elderly folks and anyone looking for a good job.

Me and my father went and toured this facility and it was so gorgeous. It was unlike a lot of facilities and was very bright and opening. The lady that toured us was very sweet and was very informational. I recommend 100% for anyone looking at Independent or assisted living.

I toured the facility with my mom last week and we were so impressed with what we saw. The place is very neat, clean, and homey. Mom instantly fell in love. The staff there was very friendly and helping and everywhere we looked, there was always someone there helping someone. During our time, we stayed for lunch and was able to talk with some of the residents. All the residents talked very highly about Grace and the staff; complimenting their kindness and respect that they gave. Grace is no doubt the best place for my mom and I highly recommend for everyone elses

I have worked for Grace for almost 2 years now. It is the best assisted living facility I have ever been employed with. It is nice to be at a facility where the owner likes to stay involved in what is going on!! The administrator works so hard and really appreciates all her employees and all the residents. It is hard to find a place to find in this field where they truly care.

I love my job And especially I love the residents here ... they are such a joy to see throughout my shift .i started working for GRACE since 2012 and sadly had to resign 2014 due to family matters... so after two years as a stay at home mom I came back to Idaho and applied right back with GRACE only because I cant see myself doing anything else but to be back in the place I enjoy most and now I love and enjoy it more with my morning crew and the BEST BOSS A.K.A BERKLY and with an AMAZING CARING NURSE TRISH. So GRACE is is the place to be.

Grace is an amazing facility. I have been a nurse for 10 years and have worked at several Assisted Livings and Grace is by far one of the most beautiful and well run facilities. As an employee we are treated with dignity and respect by the management team. Grace is definitely the Place!
