Meridian Meadows Memory Care is outstanding. My mother lives there and has been there for over a year. First, she gets excellent care, both medical and nutritional. She has diabetes and the staff if on top of her medical and nutritional needs. She is in much better health than before. Even with her dementia, they are on top of her care. The main staff is very engaging and supportive to both my mother and me when I come for a visit. I am made to feel like a valued person. I am hard pressed to think of anything they could improve on. Thank you for the great care.

Meridian Meadows Assisted Living is an amazing place for your loved one to call home. I have worked at many facilities around the valley and I cannot say enough good things about Meridian Meadows and Tanabell. The staff is truly taken care of and appreciated which makes the care provided to the residents that much better! Tanabell is an amazing company with the best care and compassion you can find!

We placed Mom in Memory Care at Meridian Meadows in Nov. 2020. It was a difficult decision during the pandemic, but we have been so very pleased in every way. We expected Mom to have a rough transition, but the one on one time the staff spent with her and the loving attitudes of all the staff we have worked with, put us at ease and Moms smile everytime we visit has made us so grateful we found Meridian Meadows. We would gladly and highly recommend them 🙂

Meridian Meadows is an exceptional facility. All of the staff are friendly and hard working. They all have one ultimate goal and that is to make sure the residents are recieving outstanding care. The nurse at the facility is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about anything. Overall this facility does anything and everything they can to go above and beyond for their employees and the residents!

Meridian Meadows Assisted Living facility is a awesome facility. The residents can play the beautiful piano thats in the lobby and is enjoyed by all of staff and residents. The residents have a wonderful Activity Director whom is kind and compassionate with all of her residents and staff. The Administrator is also very kind and makes everyone feel appreciated. I enjoy coming to work and working for this company.

The facility is beautiful, clean, and orderly. It comes with spacious dining areas, a huge theatre room, two safe outdoor courtyards, a gorgeous vaulted ceiling in the entryway with a large two sided fireplace. It is filled with large windows throughout to let the natural light in. The individual rooms are new and very clean waiting to be filled. Meridian Meadows has both an Assisted Living Unit and Memory Care unit. The staff and administration are remarkable. They have very experienced caregivers that have a genuine love for each of the residents. They are very skilled in attending to every individual need our patrons have. There are several daily supervised activities and monthly events that provide a healthy, fun, and safe, environment for socializing among their peers.The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as snacks between meals. The location of the facility is very beneficial as it is across from the Saint Lukes hospital and can easily be accessed quickly and safely in emergency situations. I have first hand knowledge of the professionalism and compassion in all employees and would recommend it to anyones loved one.

They are very organized and they keep in contact with family about your resident. Beautiful facility, clean and brand new. My father has adjusted very well because they CARE.
