The residents were friendly and caring. The facility was well maintained and clean. The maintenance people were quick to take care of any issue that needed there skilled attention. I felt very safe living there. I loved the underground parking and was never concerned about coming home late the lighting was excellent!In the future I would seriously like being a resident once again.

Great place to live! Gym, library, under building garages, elevators! Wonderful friends and lots of planned activities. Your own laundry and decks. Close to everything in the rapidly growing city of Waukee!
