In the last 6-8 months the owner has fired the old management company and hired new managers that are responsive to resident needs / issues, and visits are made to the buildings regularly. They have put on a new roof for both buildings, changed all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, remodeled several units, finished repairs in several apartments that had not been done by the previous management company. They have a lot to offer (garage, storage unit, & either balcony or patio for every unit) for a reasonable monthly price and there are beautiful trees, with lots of wildlife (residents all love the squirrels)!
