Thank you all for saving my mom's life back in February and providing her with excellent care! I will forever be grateful for your loving care that you all provided! Went thru physical therapy here and Haley was awesome she knows her stuff and is very comfortable to work with. I would not only recommend her but would go again if I needed to.

Thanks to ER department. Took good care of me few days ago, Angela & the team, Dr Chinedu Ife. There was good coordination and communication. Much respect. I won't say that i will be back coz i don't like being sick haha but God bless y'all. Heading back to Boston now.

I don't understand all of the negative comments here... I went to the emergency room this weekend, and was treated AMAZINGLY these people were so kind and very capable of doing the job. I have been having pains in my side for almost two years now, my regular physician was not able to determine the cause and frankly made me feel like "one of the cattle" and that I was making it up... These people found my appendix inflamed, sent me to Mercy in a Ambulance to get it removed... This hospital is a small hospital... but it is FULL of caring and capable Staff. THANK YOU SKIFF!! You have convinced me that you are definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I'm giving it four stars because I have a biased to like my hometown. But if life happens and you find yourself in a bed here; I can tell you that you can order to your wallets desire from a menu with surprisingly good tasting food. The positive in going to a place nobody wants to be.

The OB department is amazing! I loved all of the nurses, they were all very attentive and had good bedside manners. I had an unplanned C-section and the doctors did a fantastic job with that. The anesthesiologist was amazing too, she was super sweet and did a great job with my epidural. I really couldn't have asked for a better team of people to get me through my labor and delivery. If I have anymore children in the future, I will be returning to this hospital.

I had a positive experience. Everybody was pretty nice in lab and reception. Hilary, in reception, was especially great. She's always very kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help people.

When my husband and I came to the Audiologist, we entered the hospital on the west side of the hospital. We met Shawna from Process Improvement in the hall. She walked us across the hospital to Audiology which was on the east side of the hospital and in the basement! Elise, the Audiologist was kind and professional! Great staff!

Works hard to focus on patient safety and patient experience. I had a procedure done last Friday in the afternoon two hours later my primary care provider who lives 45 minutes away called me with the results! Very fast and efficient!

OB department is top notch. Best imaginable C-section. It felt like a birth, not just a surgery. Everyone from the doctors to the nursing team to the housekeeping and nutrition staff made the stay friendly, welcoming, safe and healthy. Truly incredible experience.

We recently moved to the Newton area and needed a new PCP. After reading these reviews, I almost cancelled my appointment for my yearly physical, but am glad I didn't. I had my appointment scheduled a month in advance with Dr. Alexander. The office was very busy when I arrived but they had three clerks checking people in. I was helped right away and before I had even finished checking in, they called me back. All staff that I had interaction with were kind and considerate. I felt as though an adequate amount of time was spent going over my medical history and concerns by the doctor himself. He performed my physical and labs were drawn right in the same room. I also complimented the young lady drawing my blood as she did so quickly and painlessly. Perhaps others' experiences were negative with urgent care, but with making an appointment and being seen for a yearly physical, I was VERY SATISFIED with the care I was provided with.

A smaller medical facility that includes 24/7 ER access and other by-appointment services locally that would otherwise require travel (example MRI, allergy testing...). My personal experience with staff (including the only 2 ER visits in my life) have been positive to excellent! While there is always room for improvement, I feel this facility does a good job of providing professional/specialized services to our community in one location.
