The staff here look out for your safety and Dawn, in social services is great. Social services and the business office worked on a problem I had and came up with a solution right away. All the girls in the therapy department are great. This is the third time I have been to the Ivy after having surgery on my feet and on bedrest over the last few years. They have got me walking again. I didn't put anything in before about the CNAS and nurses. They are another reason that I came back to The Ivy. The CNAS are the ones who take care of you and watch out for you and get you what you need.

My sister-in-law, Joyce, come on Thursdays to show the film "The Chosen ". After watching the episode, we have a Biblical discussion of what we watched. We always bring a snack. Dawn, the assistant activity director, makes coffee or hot chocolate for everyone. She's very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate her. I was very scared about going to a care facility , IA I'm so glad I got such wonderful care and love from the whole staff ; housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, activities, And above all a the nurses and CNA's PT and OT. I love them all and they were Great to me and my brother. Thank you the IVY for taking such good care of me I miss you all.

I can honestly say the food was okay but the staff was unbelievably good they did the job and I think they should all get bonuses this year because how well they did when I was there they respected me they did a job with me and I even had a chance to joke around with most of them I think they all deserve a round of applaud they were fantastic with me they didn't like I said they did not disrespect me like other nursing homes have great job guys

My name is Kenneth Berry Sr, and my Personal Experience at the Ivy Nursing Home was amazing Katie in Admission and Dawn Social Services and other staff members, the Nursing staff and The Nurse Practitioner,The Rehabilitation Center helped me with my Physical Therapy with my Ankle The CNA's really care for the Residence there and treat them like family what a wonderful experience i had almost hated to leave when my time was up the warm feeling of Family so check out this Nursing Home and get this experience with your family needs

The staff was very informative and friendly. The place is clean and organized. My mom was just admitted and she was clean and she was very comfortable and the staff was very nice with friendly with her. My family and I feel we made the right decision with selecting The Ivy.

Our Mother has been in this facility for several years and we've never had any bad experiences. The staff are always polite and professional. We understand there's quite a lot of residents, so sometimes it'll take a couple times to get ahold of our Mom but again she's not the only resident. Head of nursing Kelly is a very informative young lady and keeps us abreast of any health issues with Mom which we appreciate. Then Dawn who's actually the social worker but wears several hats as do most of the staff. Debbie who's the hairdresser, activities director is amazing, she along with a couple other ladies have quite a variety of events they're doing regularly with fun hats, Lei's funny sunglasses, painting supplies plus canvas, bingo, I could go on and on. We know our Mom is safe, casted for, eats well and if st anytime there's a problem I'm notified immediately no matter the time. Thank you Ivy and ALL the staff you put our minds, hearts and gut feelings to rest. You're the best..

I live at The Ivy at Davenport nursing home and I have been here since September 22nd 2020 and I truly love it here the staff is very kind to me I have had no problems with anyone I really enjoyed myself and the the two activities directors they are a lot of fun the nurses are awesome even the maintenance man is very kind and polite so I really do give Ivy at Davenport five stars because not only is this my home but this is where I enjoy being

The facility has come a long way in such a short amount of time. It is a fun place to work, and you can really tell they care. The managers and nursing team are there for the residents and have a great passion for what they do!
