Great place to live. Friendly residents, fun resident events & a great location in the center of Davenport. Grocery store & banking are walking distance away.All utilities included in the monthly rent. Laundry facilities on each floor. The apartments are spacious and include 1 bedroom, full size kitchen, full size bathroom & a couple storage closets. Most apartments have a balcony or a patio to enjoy the outdoors. Smoke free building.
