I’m sure this Senior Community Center is a fine setting for hanging with like minded seniors. Unclear how you meet others except by attending classes. Everything costs to participate in: $2 to $5 or more per class or event plus $30 year in membership. The gym is $26 per month. The range of events is very ordinary for our age (I’m 75) group: cards, ceramics and lectures. Seems uninspiring. Big meeting halls for another senior citizen cliche, bingo. Gift shop offered mostly kitsch items for women. Cafe was closed. And the library had very few books. Did not notice any Wifi but there was a free! computer lab with a bunch of desktops. Other than the quite small library there were no noticeable spots to kick back and read or talk. What was cool was that Senator Kamala Harris was speaking there in the afternoon. For free! Lisa, our guide, and other seniors I encountered there were impressive. One star deducted for the fact you need money to be there. Certainly it is not a place for seniors with little income.

Go to a dog obedience class here so all I can really rate is that. Excellent , knowledgeable, compassionate , very hard-working employees. They seem to want your dog to do their best- whatever their best is. Not pushy or 'hard sell' for extra classes.

I went to my granddaughter of my heart, Dominique 's, wedding to her darling Sean. The wedding was wonderful, it was so nice that the walls pulled back and after the ceremony and we had this huge area for dining and dancing. My viewpoint of CASI was already good. As I walked around I was surprised by all the improvements since I had gone there several years ago. Everything was very clean, I saw the different shops for those who come there during the week and I was greatly impressed. The building set up has to bring joy to many who go there. Thank you for having reasonable prices for those who need to stay on budget for things such as weddings and other events . Jean M. Kelty.
