This facility goes above and beyond for residents, families, and staff. Very clean and well maintained facility. Staff are very caring and work well together. Food is amazing and in good portion. I would recomend this facility for my loved ones and for employment.

I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever worked! I love being the Activity Assistant and I love being able to use my creativity with my job. We have such an amazing team here! I was an employee for about two months. Front office staff is newer, but working hard to get the building back in order after a bad review. However, while I cannot say enough glowing things about the administrator and front office staff or their work ethic, the corporate office only seems to care about money. They are more interested in an understaffed building, and a using unreliable agency than having staff we know we can rely on. Lantern Park has the potential to be amazing if corporate would let the facility management do what they feel is best for the residents they know and love.

My experience as a staff member has been primarily positive. Physical therapy does an amazing job at rehabilitation and the patients always comment on what a fun loving, kind and friendly team of therapists we have. We also have a great nursing staff... caring and conscientious. We love our residents here at Lantern Park!

This facility is wonderful and has some very amazing staff. I have had 2 family members there 1 (my grandpa) for end of life care and the 2nd for some skilled pt/ot/st (my dad) which the therapist were wonderful working on the things we needed to be able to have him return home again. Facility use to be very put together and managed well! Now within the past few months management and all of the front staff has changed. This facility over works there employees and does not follow care initiatives handbook rules. Majority of staff are agency and are thrown anywhere without proper training. Regular staffing that has worked there for years are quitting because of the improper treatments of staff and residents! Lots of prejudiced remarks and actions I've witness from new management to staff. HIPPA violations within the past 2 weeks. Strenuous hours are put on staff because of improper scheduling causing neglect for some residence. Lots of unprofessional language and swearing coming from management. New management is very unfriendly and rude. No more open door policy. Unsafe and unsanitary work environments. Always low on supplies needed to take care of residents. Wouldn't recommend bringing your loved ones here.

I have been working at Lantern Park for a little over 2 1/2 years and I found my dream job I love our staff and our residents so much! I am lucky to say I work with some of the most hard working people! Our staff members treat our residents like they would their own family members. I am so beyond thankful for all our nursing staff do for us and even more thankful for Billie (ADON) and Tilly (DON) for having the biggest hearts and doing everything they can for not just our residents but our staffing as well!! -Activities

I've worked at Lantern Park since April and I absolutely love it here! Everyone has been so welcoming and nice. I'm honored to work under such positive leadership. Working under such great leadership has been a breath of fresh air! Wonderful staff!

This is probably one of the best nursing homes out there. They take care of the patients as if they were their own family! The staff here are friendly and kind. I don't know what the staff is paid, but it's not enough for the amazing care they give. i highly recommend taking your loved ones here if you want them to be taken care of the right way.
