It's a unique facility but when you're unique yourself the place will not bother you. While others say it's a bad place I'll say they're not the right ones to be working here and that's why they don't. If you're a person who doesn't mind a challenge or if you want to make a difference this is the place to work . Do your job and I bet it goes a long ways

My son came from a horrible nursing home where he was going downhill fast. This place has stepped up to the plate and make him feel comfortable and they respect him. He has his dignity back. He is not scared everyday. They dress him in real clothes everyday. He is talking now and coherent . Cedar falls Healthcare us awesome. Aides nurses dietary therapy and cleaning staff are awesome. I highly recommend them. Building is old but clean and best all around staff I have ever seen. Upper management team is even awesome. I even surprised an aide that was doing range of motion on him just on rounds, so I know they are doing above and beyond job. I have nit seen one bad thing at this HOME. They make him feel safe. TY Cedar Falls Health Care. You guys are the best.

This place is terrible!! the management is terrible!!! I seen little to no improvement and had to make a decision to leave always short staffed the manager has poor communication skills hours are always getting cut etc I could say a lot more and go on and on into detail otherwise than that I'm glad I left worst 9 months of my working career I wouldn't recommend anybody I know to work here unless they were in crisis situation looking for a job

Beautiful place inside and out. The new management is really doing great and making a lot of improvements. Staff is very friendly and respectful to the residents. Definitely heading in the right direction. I brought a family member a few things and I can really see the improvements that are being made. Great job
