Managers Haylee and McKenzie response to email and text within hours sometimes. We have two new maintenance managers named Mark and Lance. I hope Josh went off to greener pastures because he was awesome. Monthly hours and phone numbers are posted on office door. Resident group activities are bi-weekly coffee, weekly Tai-Chi, bi-weekly bingo. We usually have a monthly pot-luck if the Resident Activity Committee organizes it. The board hosts a cake and ice social for those having a birthday every month. Residents have garden plots in the summer. Residents generally treat the building like pervious family houses. When maintenance or quality of life issues need to be addressed management is told. Maybe more than management wants to hear. Most residents try to "mind their own business". Like any complex we have bad apples. No apartment complex is perfect when it comes to human nature. I enjoy living here.
