I've been living at Palms of Kilani Apartments for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The community is welcoming and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping that creates a peaceful environment. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents; they quickly address any concerns or maintenance requests. Overall, I highly recommend Palms of Kilani Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home!

Some of the reviews on here are laughable. Yes expect bugs. You're on an island. The property is not brand spanking new HOWEVER our unit is Renovated and we love it. Management and maintenance are extremely responsive and super fast in getting any issues resolved. Pest control is free and they come every Monday which is a great perk for maintaining those pest. The property is well maintained, yes trash comes to pick up 3 times a week, no complaints there, it has to be picked up. No idea why the reviewers below is complaining about trash times. Smh. Danielle and her staff are awesome. We are blessed abd thankful to call this place home. Mahalo Nui

Management and staff are top notch, always to quick to help when needed The neighbors are super friendly. Pet friendly which is one of the main reasons we decided to rent here. Location is great and the weather is amazing. Helps save us power with how cool it is. Bbq grills on property and laundry is super helpful.

It's ok for now. Nice to save on rent. The good: The management is friendly Maintenance is fast Upgrades are nice/highend The price is right The bad: The grounds are terrible/ filthy Stair wells are constantly full of trash/food waste/ spilled fruit punch The stairways also smell awful and I frequently see roaches especially around the first floor There aren't enough dumpsters so they are frequently overflowing with trash which can blow all over the property like the playground You have to make sure when you take your trash out that you're not disturbing the homeless people digging through the trash People are constantly parking in the fire lanes making it difficult to get in and out of the parking spot you pay 75 bucks a month for The other residents do not supervise their children. They run through the halls morning noon and night in flip flops (the loudest footwear on the planet) screaming laughing and slamming/ banging on doors. They are so loud that I cannot even put my toddler down for bed or naps in his own bedroom. He can't get to sleep with all the noise. Last weekend one of the kids pulled the fire alarm just for fun and it went on for at least 20 minutes. There are almost constantly 4 and 5 year olds running through the parking lots on their own half dressed. No supervision what so ever. In a nut shell the management is good but they need to clean the whole place down with a power washer and maintain it. The other residents are terrible and leave everything a mess which makes living here suck

We, my father and I are the oldest tenants that still reside here. Over 40 years. When the property was governed by Loyalty. I've seen it all. This place was ghetto. By far in comparison hats off to management and law enforcement. ... to be continued....zz-zzzz-

I've been living at the Palms of Kilani for 4 years and I have no plans on moving.... Management is awesome. Grace and her team do an amazing job making everyone feel like home at the Palms of Kilani. You truly can see all the TLC that the staff has for the property.

I think the property came a long way. When i first moved in it was terrible, but now its way better. The property, the way it looks, the employees are fast, hard working, reliable and easy to talk to - about anything! I love it here and I dont plan to leave!

I used to be an employee here at the Palms of Kilani and was a part of the transformation from what it was to what it is. I did resign from the Palms of Kilani about a year ago to move to another island. I've recently come back and was amazed by the additional improvements that have been made. I know the staff is always professional and courtesy. I will always continue to refer family and friends to the Palms of Kilani. Recently my sister moved in and she couldn't be happier.

Their utility charges are pretty off the chart!!! My aunt lives at Palms of Kilani and her roommates are literally NEVER home yet her utility bill was $339.74. I live in a two story 3 bedroom house and our bill isn't near that high! She lives in a 3 bedroom apartment the size of our living room yet her electric was $100 (ours is $57) she has a Gas flat fee of $81.00 (ours would range from $40-$50) The water was $45 (ours range from $15-$25) the sewer service was $84 (ours is $70). I just can't help but feel she's getting ripped off with what she's being charged especially compared to my bill which is something with more accountability than an apartments meter.

The office and maintenance staff are great, they are very helpful and try to accommodate the tenants as best they can. The rent is reasonable for Wahiawa especially since I am allowed pets. I have been a tenant for over 4 years and have not had any issues here. I have excellent neighbors and overall it's pretty quiet and everyone gets along pretty well. I would recommend living here especially since Wahiawa is very central.
