I know the residents living in Sun Village. It's a bit of a challenge especially considering it's a senior complex. Constant battles with the board, nosy neighbors, terrible parking, seems par for the lower price condos. They have improved on their sound maintenance which is a say they don't start trimming hedges at 8:00 in the morning anymore. The grounds are kept neat, most the residents are very friendly. Elevators for each complex make it so that seniors can reach their apartment without climbing four flights of stairs. I wish the sidewalks were in better shape, I wish they had better accessibility, but again these are a lower end apartment. It's conveniently located right behind the hospital, which does make it an ideal place for seniors who might have medical conditions. It's also less than a block to Walmart which can be walked to easily. This makes it a fairly self-contained environment. It has a pool and jacuzzi, the pool is heated which might appeal the some.

We love living at Sun Village. We have amazing views, breezes, and friends here. The location is ideal. We can walk or ride a bike to many of our favorite activities. The clubhouse is beautiful and the pool/spa area is well maintained.
