My mother lived at Brickmont Woodstock in Assisted Living through the end of her life. Our family was very pleased with the level of care she received. Everyone on staff we met was very kind and helpful. Providing senior care is a very difficult job. Brickmont cared for our mother well. I would recommend this community.

Quality and affordable! Im very grateful to have my Mom in the care of Brickmonts team. Despite not being able to visit regularly, making the move is the best thing weve done for Mom. I was hesitant because of COVID, but learning how they keep everyone safe and engaged helped put me at ease. Thank you to the staff who love my Mom as their own family.

I was so pleased when I first went on a tour at Brickmont. I had toured a couple other facilities before coming here to look for a place for my mom and I automatically felt comfort that my mother would be well taken care of here. The staff that I met were all so kind, the nurses especially. If youre looking for an assisted living community that treats your family as their own, this is the place to go.

I dont even know where to start... but I guess I can start with how much I was blown away at the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Having to Make the decision to put my father into an assisted living facility was probably one of the hardest decisions that I had to make. But I can honestly say I was put at ease from the moment I walked into the building and spoke to the executive director Angekia about all of the wonderful things they offered at Brickmont. It truly was for my father a home away from home. He would often Comment on how much he enjoyed the food the activities and the staff. Before this Covid hit and we were allowed access into the building I often would see the staff working very hard with my dad and the other people who lived there to cater to their every need. I am sad to say that my father due to health issues hes been fighting for some time is no longer with me but I take comfort in knowing that his final days were spent in a place that he was not only well taken care of but loved. I would recommend Brickmont to anybody who is looking for assisted-living or memory care for their elderly loved one. Its not only very affordable but the quality of care you get for the price you pay is next to impossible to match... For all these reasons I mentioned above I give Woodstock Brickmont five stars.

My nonna lives here and I am not kidding it saved my family. Nonna is much happier here and has made friends very quickly! The nurses are wonderful and kind. Ever since my mom has moved her here, we have been able to breathe again. We know she is safe, healthy, and having a blast, and my parents can go back to fixing their marriage!

My grandad lives here and the staff and nurses are just so wonderful. What a godsend! Cannot recommend this facility enough. They treat their residents like family. I havent seen Bampa this happy in years. Thank you to all the wonderful employees!

LOVE this place!! Love the people and facility as a whole. I wouldnt want to have my grandparents living anywhere else. Before we chose this place we had looked at many others and Brickmont stood out to us. We could not have chosen a better place!!! I am confused by the negative reviews? I think there might be something fishy....

Dont listen to the negative reviews. Give them a call! I didnt realize someone wrote such awful things about those precious people there until I referred my friend and she read the reviews. I cant just read this and not speak on their behalf! The Director is one of the sweetest souls youll ever meet. The staff are the most patient and caring people Ive come in contact with and the owner continues to send us updates on whats happening in the community during this entire Covid pandemic. You cant please everyone. Im just glad my father is safe and happy in memory care going on almost a year now.

We moved mother into Brickmont Woodstock before the whole Covid ordeal and she stayed there until the end. We had a few questions surrounding the negative reviews that were written and quickly learned that it had to be a disgruntled employee.. After meeting with the Director we found that she was very compassionate and had a sincere desire to work with seniors. The staff is pleasant and took great care of mother. The building is clean and we never smelled urine or feces when we visited. We went to Brickmont at a stressful and emotional time and the people there put our minds at ease. I encourage families in need to give them a chance. If I had it all to do again, Id choose them every time. Great job at being Covid free during this exhausting time! God bless you all!

I honestly have to say that this location has been the best that I have found for all of the services offered, included and pricing for my mothers budget. We have been looking for a little while and I cannot say enough great things about Brickmont Woodstock. The staff is immensely helpful and caring. The Wellness Nurse and the Executive Director are also so wonderful to work with - they truly care and show this through their willingness to help and the kindness that they exhibit towards my mother as well as our family.Also, The food that is prepared by the chef and culinary staff in the kitchen is remarkable! My mother was an excellent cook so I am pleased that she gets to continue to enjoy exceptional meals daily.The community and grounds are always clean. The building and hallways are always clean and fresh smelling. My mom enjoys this as well as her apartment and laundry being cleaned weekly by the housekeeping staff at the community.My mom always brags about how she would never have thought that she would be living this resort lifestyle with service at her fingertips! She is absolutely so happy! She never wants to leave to visit at my house, instead, she always wants me to come to hers! 🙂 Which gives me so much peace to know she enjoys her home!s of recent, it has been a little harder to visit regularly with covid19 happening but I could not be more thankful for moms safety that Brickmont has provided. They have been very thorough in employee screenings as well as when I drop off essential items for mom at the front lobby. I am so pleased with Brickmont Woodstock because they have remained covid free during these trying past few months and have taken all of the additional precautions needed to provide extra sanitary practices for the well being my mom, but her precious neighbors too. I cant wait to be able to hug mom again. I know that we are all in this together.As I said before, there are so many wonderful things I can say about Brickmont Woodstock...Overall, it is so wonderful and our family is truly pleased!
