Raising Star is a facility that caters to the entire client, exercise, games pet visits and guest artist are just some of the ways they care for client they have a way of keeping the dignity and joy of their clients which is one of the strongest points, . My mother stayed at Rising Star Personal Care Home for about three months while recovering from hip surgery, and overall we had a positive experience. The staff were kind, supportive, and often went out of their way to make her feel comfortable during her recovery. The meals were generally good and provided a decent variety, which helped keep her spirits up during her stay. She especially appreciated having regular, home-style meals. The facility is very clean and odor free with lots of space. The staff are friendly and attentive to any issues that arise. The parking is convenient.

I was truly impressed with the compassionate care given to senior residents. They make sure the residents and fed well, well groomed, treated with respect and their rooms are spotless. Every inch of the place shows someone who is loved lives here. They have a big kitchen, dining room, entertainment room, large hallways for wheelchairs and the guest bathroom was spotless. They were out of soap, but the front attendant quickly filled it up with hand soap. There were no paper towels in the bathroom though. When you came in the door there was no stench like you may encounter at some nursing homes. And they even gave one resident a pink crown for her bday. Thr nurse attendant knew her patients well she catered to their needs. If I were going in a nursing home, I would want to stay here. Ample parking spaces for visitors.
