My Aunt was at this facility and I had a great experience. I would visit her on weekdays and weekends. She has been there since 2013. I recommend anyone who is looking for a personal care home. The administration is excellent, the staff is great, and the food is extremely good. This is a place that is very trusted and highly professional. This place is not bad at all. Some of the previous comments are false. Every time I visit my Aunt, I always had a great experience and she loves it. Some of the people speaking badly on this personal care home not have visited for themselves. I think everyone should visit this place for themselves and be the judge. Do not judge based off of these reviews.

Love the place good atmosphere, I took my dad there and he is getting better and better he absolutely feels at home when he is in there.He loves the food there he doesnt feel homesick,the staff there is great .

My grandfather and my aunt are at this facility and every time I come, I always have a great experience. I visit them on weekdays and on weekends. My aunt has been there since 2013 and my grandfather has been there since 2015. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a personal care home. The administration is excellent and extremely helpful, the chef is amazing, and the custodial staff keeps the facility extremely clean. When looking for a personal care home, I value cleanliness and this facility is by far the best. Everyone is very professional and I trust them completely. My aunt and my grandfather love it! I advise anyone looking for a personal care home to be the judge and go visit Rising Star for themselves.

Rising Star Personal Care Home made life easier for me and my family. My grandfather is in the greatest hands.We were skeptical about nursing homes due to the constant news about abuse and negligence, but after coming to Rising Star this staff and the facility amazed my family members. Now my Grandad is enjoying his time. Don't Second Guess this place.
