From the moment my granddad was taken to Masalon personal care home, I never felt distant from him. Mamie and the rest of the staff treated us like family and I remain grateful for such. They were professional and very patient in dealing with him.

I can not say enough positive things about the staff and their wonderful care for my father. Please don’t hesitate to have a loved one live here at this personal care home. My family has had our fair share of various living scenarios (24hr nurse care, assisted living, rehab/nursing homes, and extended hospital stays) and our experience here exceeded every previous place. You will notice the difference in compassion and level of personal care from the very first meeting with Mamie and the staff. Truly one in a million.

Mamie, Gayle and the entire staff are all loving caring professionals and pulled everything together for my sister Sonya with very little notice. ❤️ We had a Covid-19 outbreak in our home and they came thru with respite care and saved the day giving sister a safe place to stay !!! I would highly recommend!

I must say the way Mami, her mom and the staff Cared for my daddy! I will forever be grateful for them! He wasn’t just a resident to them! He was family and they treated us as such also! They loved my daddy to life and it showed! My brother and I live and Cincinnati l, and we’re not able to come on and down the road to see my our fathers as much as we would have liked. Mami made sure we could call anytime! We could FaceTime visit and when were in town, we could visit even after hours. They have a heart for this! Forever Grateful! Masalon was a great place for my dad. Not only did they take wonderful care of him, they treated him like family. They work tirelessly to insure that all the residents are well taken care of. Makesa and her family do their very best to make the residents smile each day which I feel is as important as a meal. I’m forever grateful for how they treated my dad with respect and dignity, but never like a patient.

Masalon PCH has been a blessing to my family from the time my mother entered the personal care home even until her last breath. The staff treated my mom as if she was their mother. I will definitely recommend reaching out to them for special, comfortable care for your loved one(s).

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this facility. My uncle has been at Masalon Personal care home for only a week now and we have seen SO much improvement. The staff goes above and beyond for their patients and the patients family. They text and FaceTime us daily so we can see our loved one thru COVID times. This family owned business cares about the patients and its not just about getting a check.HIGHLY Recommended.
