therapy was very good. i had different therapist almost each time, all of them were very nice and respectful. the food here is fair. The people here all and all were very warm and inviting. if i’m ever in a position to need inpatient therapy, i wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place again.

This place is indeed very clean and professional....They make you feel right at home...the adminstrative staff is excellent and very helpful....but just like any other facilities in the business there are going to be some flaws..I can definitely say though the therapy side of things goes above and beyond to help with your return to home process...the nursing staff is wonderful...not to mention cheerful..all an all I would place them within the top 5...Great job day shift staff. Being here was an experience. The best thing about parkside is the laughter. Most of the staff and residents are trying everyday to keep this place happy. Most of everyone is so polite here. Every question ive asked was answered. Ms. Cherry Rubble is the best aid I've never seen in a place like this. I will recommend anyone to come here for therapy.

They treated me like a princess when I was here. And food was surprisingly good. Which was a shock because institutions like this normally do not have enjoyable food. The CNA’s treated me with dignity and care. If my family wasn’t so far away I would stay here. Physical therapists worked together and with the residents wonderfully. Giving each of us special attention to our needs. I can only hope the next place I go I will be met with the quality of care that I received here. Thanks parkside.

Being here the care was really good. Nurses and CNA'S were all really attentive to my needs being here. I always a had questions and they were all answered in a timely manner. Physical therapy was also great as well. I had a really good experience being here.

I've been here for 2 months. When I got here it was around my birthday and the minute I got here felt loved. The environment is warm and welcoming. Bingo I always fun here. The food is great as well. After being in others facilities,Parkside is definitely the best.

I didn't know Parkside was here. My son told me about this facility. When we 1st arrived everyone greeted us with a smile. Physical therapy was phenomenal. Even knowing that the nurses have alot going on they still catered to my wife. I would most definitely recommend Parkside to anyone in need of skilled therapy.

When I was reading the reviews before I got here. I wasnt impressed. However, I would say judge them by your experience not anyone else's. Physical therapy A+! A lot of the CNA'S ARE VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable. Ms. Barbara is a God send! Chaz has always been a great help as well always willing to make himself available to get my questions answered for me. If anyone needs therapy please come to Parkside. They completely turned my opinion of them around.

When I 1st got here I was in a lot of pain. The nursing care was very gentle and patient with me. Physical therapy has been great. Carter has been essential with encouraging me and pushing me to do the best I can. The nurses that took care of me has also made a difference. They are always willing to be there when I need them. Whether it’s me needing someone to talk to or whatever they are there. My stay here has been very pleasant. And the customer service has been outstanding. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Parkside.

Having been here for the 2nd time, needless to say I was very satisfied with being here. Everyone whether or not they know me or knew me from my previous visit always smile when they see me. And that makes a difference. Not just the nurses but EVERYONE is nice and personable. Physical therapy is great as well. They are really understanding and really patient with me. The concierge has really made a difference and has great charisma. If I ever had a question about my cuisine the staff always made sure they answered any question I had. The social services staff has been essential in navigating me through this time as well. No one wants to be in this position honestly. However, if I were to be in this position again I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Where I know I will be taken very good care of.

When I 1st arrived here the atmosphere was very warm. Therapy was amazing. Jesse really took his time with me. He was very patient with me. THE FOOD EXCELLENT. The facility was very clean. Being in a place like this isn't ideal but if you have to come to a rehab facility Parkside to come. Thanks again Parkside.

When I arrived I didn't know what to think of places like this. All I knew is I wanted to go home. However, after being here I almost don't want to leave. The people here is so caring and accommodating. Therapy was outstanding!! The food was ok for what I had to do. The CNA'S were amazing as well. Thank you so much guys and ladies.

When I 1st got here I asked myself how did I get here. It's a lot to get use to but the staff here made me feel like I was at home. Therapy was amazing chevez worked with me greatly. The food was good as well. There's no place like home of course being here took the sting away a little. I will definitely recommend this place to someone who needs it. Thanks again Parkside!!

My sister was admitted here almost 2 weeks ago. I've been traveling over an hour to spend time with my sister. The business office 'manager' Courtney is NOT sympathetic to anyone needs. She is all about $$ and whether your love one has insurance or not. The social worker assigned to my sister has no clue what she is doing...hopefully she gets more training 'Brenda S'. I can say I've enjoyed the nursing staff and CNA, they are the true heros! If you have love ones here, stay on top of things.

I was concerned at first because the facility had very low ratings. About a year ago my brother needed rehab here. At the time they were Under New Management. The care and support my brother received, exceeded my expectations. I am grateful to Parkside!

I really Appreciate this facility mainly because my mom is a trach patient and receive wonderful care. Staff is nicest friendly. And through everything mama has been throughWound care staff have brought mama a long way. I would recommend anybody To come to this facility for trach care and to heal and bed sores and Wound care. My care at this facility overall was good. Jasmine, pt and ot were the best! The nurses were caring..we loved Faith and her praying hands , Talisa and Sloane. Ms. Brenda was on point and Ms. Veta explained everything and has the most amazing personality! NURSE John so understanding and the Cafe/activities staff welcoming! THE STAFF gave the best care. However, the facility was old and needed an update. The Dining hall was hot but they fixed it..my a/c was broke and they fixed it as well.

I enjoyed my stay here @ parkside... food was good butttt missing items from menu... The nursing staff should apply for sainthood for my first 10 days I was a cwazy man... my wound nurse, Jazzmin was da best ever... Jazzmins skills , communication, follow ups were da best... my other nurse, Erica, also did a phenomenal job... her communication was excellent, she told me what's going on with my meds all of the time... our room nurse, Elonda, was there n knew what we needed n was absolutely helpful alll the time as was Debbie Brown... they both went out of thier way to provide my roommate n myself with great care...

I am so thankful for Parkside Rehab my Mama broke her hip she also has Dementia and she came here. She has been here twice and I wouldn't want her anywhere else. They took the best care of her. The facility is very clean everyone and I mean everyone is so nice from the minute you walk in the door. Any issues that came up with my Mama they handled right away. They answered all my questions and calls and called me with any changes. I could actually go home at night and sleep knowing she was in great hands. I do recommend you do your family's laundry. After 2 stays here the staff has become like family.

Therapy was great and consistent. The staff was wonderful. The food is good. Everyone was friendly and considerate. She will definitely come back for rehabilitation if she had to again I would recommend this to anyone of my friends or family.

Our father stayed two weeks in the acute care short term rehab part. We were so pleased with their care and attention to him. He was kept clean and fed well and doctor’s orders followed. Checking him in and out went smoothly. The nursing staff were so patient and kind. The would care nurse was patient and kind with him as well while his wound dressing was painful. We were so pleased with the staff. thank you so much for taking great care of our dad. ’•

Most of the staff was very helpful.Realizing this is a very tough job, and turnover might be high. Most of the nursing staff appears competent however, some appear to need additional training. Initial intetaction with Soc Wk staff was not the best, but there appears to be changes/improvement and, the ending experience was very pleasant, professional! The business office is led by very organized, and knowledgeable staff who always willing to assist. The nurse's station is also led by an extremely competent, organized, and professional individual. She appears to "hold things together"; even during crisis situations. Always pleasant and willing to help. It's obvious that staff work to keep the facility clean. Floors shine! (Cleanliness is important for my family). Food appears to be pretty good. Overall, my brother's stay there was good. Thank you Staff/Administrators for the work you do!

From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that made us feel at ease during a challenging time. The holistic approach to her care is remarkable, ensuring that she is supported physically, emotionally, and mentally as she rehabilitates from her recent hospital stay. In particular, LaTonya member of the executive staff, went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation when I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Her can-do’ spirit and resourcefulness in making things happen is truly commendable. LaTonya professionalism, warmth, and genuine care are a testament to the high standards this facility maintains. Knowing that my mother is in such capable hands gives our family peace of mind and comfort. I highly recommend this center for anyone seeking exceptional and compassionate rehabilitation care.

I am so grateful for the staff at Parkside! From administration to the nurses, cna, social workers, custodians and everyone in between.. my dad is so well taken care of! I get phone calls about any change in his care, I never feel left out.. my dad loves it here. When I come to see him he smiles because they all truly care for him and that shows their love and compassion for their profession. If you want to your loved ones cared for as if you were doing it, Parkside is the best and only choice.

My personal experience at Parkside regarding the care of my wife, was very positive. The staff was attentive to her personal need and care. After an unfortunate fall and surgery in Florida, I was very fortunate to acquire a private room at Parkside Post Short Term Rehabilitation facility in Snellville, Georgia. Everyone was so professional, kind and attentive. Not only was my occupational and physical therapy needs met, but I was also mentally stimulated, as was every patient there. There were daily activities, and numerous celebrations as well. Parkside Post Acute and Rehabilitation is the best!

This is the best rehab Center I've ever experienced. The nurses and administration staff are very attentive and concerned about the care and comfort of it's patients. The rooms are very clean. Hi my name is Wanda Bryant I'm at Parkside rehabilitation they are helping me get back on my feet again. Sharon and Sebastian are sweet loving people. The nurses and the staff members were all helpful and loving. The activities like art and playing bingo was fun too! And I advise anyone who need physical therapy to go to Parkside. it's a very good place to get rehabilitation.

At 89,my mother suffered a terrible accident. She transferred to Parkside Post Acute Rehab facility for treatment and therapy. I honestly had doubts she would ever be able to come home again. Every single staff member from the moment we walked thru the doors,from administrative to nursing care to dietitian to therapists were the perfect combination of skilled and kind. They run a tight ship, and every single question and concern we had was always addressed immediately. The nurses and therapist clearly care so deeply about their patients and family. And it was always so clean! Im so happy to say that my mom is now home and walking. We contribute this to Parkside and everyone who works there. Highly recommend

I was just discharged and found my stay there to be very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and very professional and extremely helpful. Sylvia, as an aid is a delight. My two physical therapist, Rebecca and Brian, both guided me down a path of recovery.

First I want to say the staff is great but they have too many rooms to take care of. They need more staff. The people that deal with the patients everyday try very hard to take care of them and know more of what's going on that the doctors that come in and talk to you for maybe 5 minutes. I was on the E floor and there are several people that I wish to thank, Cherry , Beverly , Slone and Rose. They were so caring and kind . Don't ever give your clothes to the laundry you will probably not get back. I've been out three weeks and still calling to get my clothes back . 4 pair of pants and a robe and gown. Laundry needs to be reorganized. The kitchen tries to give tasty meals. I hope you like mashed potatoes and gravey. Weekend food is mostly some type of sandwich.the rehab staff is wonderful to you and works hard to get you well and to try and motivate you. There are patients who have special needs and there should be a section for them with more trained people to help them. You can tell the techs that go the extra mile to help you the ones just want their paycheck. If you get Beverly or Cherry your blessed . The patients love them. Sloan gets your questions answered with patience of a saint. She amazed me. So in awe of her. Rose the nurse was cheerful , listened to you and so caring. Luckily I didn't have the same experience as some of the other reviewers.

In December of 2020 both of my parents came down with Covid. Mom was asymptomatic and the hospital needed her moved, other patients who were in worse condition, could have a bed. She couldn't go back to where they were living. until she was Covid negative. We were given the names of two places that would take her. Covid is a game changer. We couldn't physically go check out the facilities. We did every thing we could to read reviews but we weren't thrilled with what we were reading. The one item that helped us chose Parkside was that it was under new management and that the more recent reviews were more favorable. Mom left the hospital on December 23. Two days later I had to make the call to tell her that dad had died. She became a widow without family around to support her. Her nursed knew why I was calling. Mom has Parkinson's and between that and Covid mom was too weak to hold the phone. Her nursed held the phone for her, and after we hung up the nurse sat with mom and let mom process dad's death. Then the nurse called me to tell me how mom was doing. That's when I knew we had made the right choice for mom. Yes, there were hiccups along mom's journey to recovery but they don't compare to the care she received while there. Three areas stood out: the response time was fantastic. When I had a question, or concern my emails were answered within hours. Another area of outstanding performance was her physical therapy team. They were very involved in her recovery. Lastly, and very importantly, the nursing staff made sure my mom had her medicine on time. Not like other places where there are windows of time allowed between doses that are considered acceptable. Anyone who has a loved one who needs their medicine at the correct times so they can speak, swallow, eat, move, etc. knows how important that is to function. "Acceptable windows of time", where medicine can be given too early or too late, are not acceptable in these cases. My mom raved about how well her medicine was given to her, and on time. There were little acts of kindness done, and I don't have time to mention them all. I am appreciative of everything done for my mother, and everyone at Parkside who had a part in it.

I hate reading these bad reviews. But I have to say, my mom is in Parkside now after hip surgery, and is doing a lot better now than she was when she went in 2 weeks ago. She has dementia but in talking to her I can tell she is happy. She said she felt good. She even seemed less confused today then she has in months. Hopefully this will not change. And she will continue to heal and be able to go back to her assisted living home.

We are deeply grateful for the care provided by Parkside for my dad. The facility is not fancy, but the nurses, aids, and housekeeping staff cared for my dad after his stroke and as his capabilities diminished. In his nine months in bed, he never had one bedsore. One kind housekeeper would even sing with him while doing her work. My mom and sister visited everyday until they locked down due to covid. They witnessed the dedication and compassion of the staff. My mother never once worried that my dad was not receiving care and attention. They did what they could to maintain the communication when visits could not be maintained. While my dad passed on in June, we, as a family, are filled with gratefulness for the dedicated people who selflessly provided care in his last days. My mothers message to Parkside is "thank you, thank you, thank you."
