I love to visit my sister Pinkie Owens. Don always greets with a smile and helps her any way he can. All of housekeeping do a great job and are very friendly! I love this place. My dad had to be placed into memory care on very short notice. Tamara was great finding him a room and getting everything set up. The facility is always very clean and the staff were absolutely amazing with my dad and our family. The staff truly care about the residents and their families.

I had a visit with my Sister Yesterday at dinner time and I went down to the dining room to visit with Pluma Orr my sister, and I really enjoyed my time visiting with her and her friends that sat at her table, they were very nice to me, we talked about times in our past and were laughing and having lot’s of fun. I would say 5/18/23 has been the best visit that I have had with my sister since she has been at Riverwood assisted living facility, the staff and the CNAs were very nice to me!!!

Our experience at Riverwood was outstanding. We met with Miss Amanda to take a tour of the facility and for her to provide everything we needed to know about our mom becoming a part of their community. Her knowledge and expertise and ability to answer our questions eased our minds. Most of all, her compassion for her residents (and for the elderly) really helped reduce the stress involved when trying to make the best decisions for an aging parent.

Update: Riverwood has struggled, like all businesses have, over the past few years with staffing and other problems caused by COVID. They have done their best to keep their residents safe and happy. My Dad has been there 5 years. If I could give you 100 stars, I would. The care that my parents have received by the staff at Riverwood is top notch. There is not a person there that has not gone out of their way to make our experience the best. They truly care about all their residents & it shows. Thank you Riverwood for all you do. WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!
