I recently toured their facility. The staff was super kind and super helpful. Unfortunately, the price range was a little bit out of our budget, but if we could have afforded it, I would've loved to put my grandmother there! I believe our tour was in the middle of activity hour the seniors were outside having ice cream floats listening to the best "oldies music" having a complete Blast they were the sweetest staff they offered us ice cream floats and asked us to join the festivities 10/10 I recommend

The Gardens of Rome was by far the best choice for my grandfather when factoring in where he would feel the most at home! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Every worker I've encountered has a true passion for the residents living there, and it shows! Savannah made the transition for my grand father as smooth as possible and was very ensuring of his care and safety! Very very happy with everything about the Gardens!

We seen a post that was shared on facebook about free ice. So we decided to go over there on one of the hottest days of the week. We work at a dealership and supplying ice cold Gatorades for our employees. The kitchen manager was amazing and very helpful and offered us to come back again tomorrow for more ice. We definitely appreciate your help.

We went to The Gardens of Rome to acquire information about placing my grandmother in thier facility, and unfortunately, they couldn't accept her because she needed skilled nursing, but they did put us in contact with a skilled facility and was super helpful along the way, even though we couldn't move her in with them they followed up to make sure we was taken care of I would definitely recommend this facility from my brief interaction with them it was refreshing to see that they cared enough to follow up with us even though my grandmother was in need of skilled nursing and they couldn't accept her they still reach out to make sure we found placement and offered us several resources that made this tough time as easy as they could ....

My father was taken to Gardens of Rome when the nursing home he was in closed unexpectedly. Although it was a farther drive for me, the quality and cleanliness of the facility made me feel ok with them taking him there. Once I went to visit I realized they had welcomed him with open arms as they did for us too. He was treated so well that we decide to let him stay there. At the time near his death, the staff was so accommodating to us it was truly a pleasure to be there even under the circumstances. I would recommend Gardens of Rome to anyone.

The Gardens of Rome was my Mother's home for almost 3 years! I can honestly say the care and love she received there was equal to or better than if she had been with a family member! She loved each and every one of her caregivers and always had a big smile on her face when they entered her room! Whether they were there to care for her or just sit and visit with her, she always felt the love and for that I am grateful! Mom passed way May 4, 2023, and everyone of her caregivers and staff were there with us when she took her last breath! They loved her like family, as she loved them! Forever thankful and blessed for them! A big thank you to Savannah Jones, executive director, for being there with us every step of the way! We love you all!

I was previously employed for the gardens and it was a wonderful place to work! The residents made it easy to come to work and the staff are some of the best friends I could have ever asked for to this day! Would recommend if looking for employment or to place a family member in the hands of the most caring staff I have ever had the privilege of working for!!! Well wishes for the future!

It seems as I have heard the food has declined over the last few months drastically, no vegetables ( at least I have also been told if there are, they are not cooked thoroughly) and the quality of food is not fresh. It seems fast cheap foods are being pushed, and as I have heard residence do not eat it. Originally the food as I have heard was excellent. Is this a home office issue that needs to be corrected? It seems the price in the area is higher than normal , but the quality is not as it was. A dietitian I also am being told was brought in and asked what was liked and disliked, oddly then the food standards went completely down hill. Please remedy and produce quality foods for the residents.

This place is a great place where it counts, in the care of the patient. Needs repairs done, and some of the staff just refuses to clean, while others are Johnny on the spot. Mostly I never see pushy, rude , inconsiderate behavior with patients. They are very attended to.
