I called for my Father who had a bad fall. The lady who took my information over the phone was so kind and supportive. I was very emotional and stressed out but she made the process easy for me. We never had any complaints with the caregivers. They were empathetic and very caring. Five stars is not enough to give this company.

A Hand to Hold cared for my mother-in-law. It was a very difficult time for my family. Clairee was the most compassionate and knowledgeable caregiver. She came in prepared and eager to help. She would sing and pray with her when she was anxious. Clairee was a Godsend!

They have been our Moms care givers for a while now and we love the ladies who are assigned to our Mom. They have become a part of our family. The office staff are also excellent to work with.

Mom just got out of Kennestone Hospital earlier this week. Being age 91 and weak, she needed round the clock caretakers. Someone suggested I call A Hand to Hold. WOW !! They had a fabulous companion caregiver out that same day, and each shift since then Mom and I have been impressed by the warmth and professionalism of each of their employees. Their area manager Morgan met with me the first day to go over everything and set up an evaluation of Mom by their R.N. the next day. She called after she evaluated Mom for one hour and gave me a clear summary of her condition and their recommendations. Overall very responsive, professional yet very warm and personable. The agency owner Chris even went to see Mom with his beautiful therapy dog that Mom LOVED. Excellent experience.
