Moved here when I needed help after rehab at Cobblestone. Not being from this area, I knew nothing about such facilities and checked out a number. Management was so friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. They even helped me shop for basic furniture I needed for my room as I had no transportation or family available. Even set the room up and had it waiting when I arrived. Morning devotion 6 days_/ week help to get the day off right. Bingo 5 days / week is popular. Activity from outside groups such as the art council have contributed to a variety of activities such as piano playing and singing, bs by a Llama, yoga and most recently a sip and paint art class that so many enjoyed. Check out pictures on Facebook of my 104 yo mother is petting the Llama. The look of glee on her face is priceless. She moved here after major surgery in Valdosta and really gets around better than I do. The workers here go out of there way to make her happy. A lot of us think of Legacy as more a home than a facility.

From a referral standpoint, Legacys top notch. Both Kim and Deidre are easy to work with and always only a phone call away. They dont hesitate to call a family and meet with an individual in the same day. They both make every effort to meet the needs of potential clients.

My mother has lived here for almost two years. The staff is amazing, the level of care impeccable, and I have no complaints. She has lived several other places and this is the only place she has ever been happy. The management and staff go above and beyond to care for the residents.

My family and I feel so blessed and thankful to have found this quality living facility for our Mom. It was a God moment when we walked in. Jennifer McClendon the director and all of the office staff and caregivers are top notch. They are so caring and helped us find direction in our hour of need. We could not be more pleased with our Moms loving care! Mom feels happy, peaceful and at home.
