The two girls I met with for my tour were not sales-like or pushy which was nice. They seemed to understand and care how hard it was for me to even tour. As much as Ill hate having him away, I think the pines is going to be a great home for my husband.

My memaw lived there for the last few years of her life. It was allways nice to visit for supper. For a little bit they had some construction going on but it ended up looking real pretty. Memaw was always smelling good and her room was clean. She seemed happy there.

My sister and I had toured what is now The Pines Senior Living (it was under a different name) a few years ago when we were first looking into new living arrangements for our mother. We ended up not following through because we wanted to keep her home as long as possible. When we restarted our search a few weeks ago I didnt want to tour this place again. Im SO glad my sister convinced me to give it another chance! It was nothing like the first experience! They have updated it so much and it seems to be ran a lot differently. We havent chosen where home is for mom yet but The Pines is definitely an option now!

The quality for the price is unbeatable! Were so glad we found this hidden gem in little Maysville! Definitely worth the drive for us from Mill Creek!

After going back and forth with the idea of putting my mom in a home we finally decided it was time. We looked at a couple of other places in the Athens area, but when we found The Pines we knew we were making the right decision. Trusting the staff there with Mom gives me and my family great peace of mind. If you're looking for a place to put a loved one with dementia, I highly recommend checking them out!

Beautiful remodel, really clean facility-new chef with local meal plans. 4 stars because of location from south Georgia-wish it was closer. Still placed father-in-law in the wonderful care of The Pines.

Toured for my Father and fell in love with The Pines Senior Living and the beautiful town around it!!! Attentive staff, no urine smell, and the food looked/smelled amazing. Crystal chandeliers throughout the building-but still feels like home for my father.

My Aunt was in Femi Southern Pines, now The Pines Senior Living for respite care in 2016. The staff was so helpful and learned the needs of my Aunt so quickly so that our family could travel out of town for a family emergency. This was dads home! I can never say enough on how precious the staff is! While dad was there i NEVER had to worry about anything! In dads final days they took care of me and the rest of our family also. I will always cherish the moments dad had here! If you are looking for a place for a family member i highly recommend The Pines!!! Dad adored all of these precious people! His favorote saying was Doing my time at Southern Pines

We absolutely LOVE The Pines! The staff are very attentive and loving to the residents. My mother in law loves everyone there. We were very fortunate that space was available when the time came. The staff have become like family to us. They are easily reachable and have always answered every question weve had. A+ in our book. Thank you for all you do.

My Dad, Hoyt has been at The Pines for nine months now. I couldnt ask for a better place for him. The staff is very helpful and attentive to his needs, they keep him talking and getting along great. Thanks to all the special people that work there.
