I live in the first building since it was built. After about 10 years I moved out of US to live in a beautiful country, (Africa). Curmstanses caused me to come back to the US and moved back to the Walton Apts. I loved it before and love it even more now. Joyce Irwin

I have lived here for one month. Within two days of moving in, other residents were welcoming as I said hello and entered areas where others had gathered. They have been so supportive and kind. Residents get to know one another, care about one another and help one another as needed and as they can. Management and the staff are kind, caring, helpful and respectful. Maintenance is prompt, especially when there is a significant need. There are community led and residential led activities. The amenities are nice however they do not include things like a pool, walking paths or a dog park. There are many opportunities for such things nearby the community. The parking lot and landscape works for getting your dog out to stretch its legs and enjoy the smells they enjoy. The Noonday trail and another park are within 5 miles or so as are other parks I am sure but I have not found them yet. The facilities are well kept and the entire staff is pleasant to work with. If you need to purchase anything, you can likely find it at atleast one of the abundance of surrounding stores. There is also a bus line relatively close if needed. I have heard many concerning things about affordable housing apartments in the past. Legacy at Walton Heights is not like those places at all. I feel safe, and enjoy living here.

My experience with Walton Heights for these last 2 years has been phenomenal from management and the Maintenace crew, soon as I put in a maintenance request Jovan is already at my door, he is very timely and sufficient and hard worker. Even Luis always smiling along with the lady housecleaner I can't never pronounce her name, but I know her Lol!! Ashlyn and Tyler are awesome in the front office. I moved to Georgia from California 14 years ago and this has been the best place I lived out here, I have been in different communities, nothing compares to Walton Heights, what makes a community is not only the property, but it is what and who you put in a property.

I have lived at the Legacy at Walton Heights since the day of opening. The community is safe, clean and has been well kept since the very 1st day of opening. The entire team from the leasing team to maintenance all are very kind & professional. I'm very grateful and appreciative to be in such a wonderful community and wouldn't even consider moving.

I have lived in building 2 at Legacy at Walton Heights, since February of 2021, and it definitely has been the best move I have ever done. Lots of trees, the landscaping is immaculate, each building has a beautiful court yard to enjoy; the apartments are very beautiful , and I thoroughly enjoy my balcony over looking the court yard. I feel extremely safe here, out walking my dog, its gated and each breezeway is gated. The people here are very friendly and I have made a lot of them. Charlotte keeps our activities listed each month and that is always fun to look forward to. All of the staff here, Rachel, Tyler, Jovan, Luis and Jadela, is very sweet , efficient, knowledgeable, and loves their residents..... come check out Legacy at Walton Heights.......you will love it too. (Oh, and the location is close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, Walmart, and so much more).
