Due to the issue in my kitchen sink, around 2 p.m., I was told that a plumber would have to be called; I was concerned at 4:45 when the plumber had not shown up. I called the office and was told the plumber would still come to fix the problem even after hours, the complex had to work according to the plumber's availability. The plumber did arrive at the end of the day, a little before midnight. The problem was corrected, and I have had no issues since.

If you are over 55 and looking for a clean, safe, professional, friendly, and reasonable rental unit you will find all that plus much much more at Ashton Harbor Residence in marietta. The move-in experience was professional, carried out with care and concern, and all things proper. The office staff and employees are all super friendly and happy to help your move in be a good experience and is done swiftly. So far all the residents are very friendly and it's a good and pleasant location to live and to see with the eye. I am looking forward to my new home living experience here and highly recommend Ashton Harbor residences.

Refrigerator in the lower level was not working whereas the freezer remained frozen.This happened on the weekend. I reported the situation Monday as I was concerned about the produce and diary being affected.Management recognizing the problem, prioritize the issue and assured me that Maintenance would be notified. It was less than 2,hrs in getting this problem rectified. I was and am pleased with the resolution as I didn't have to get rid of my food in the lower part of the fridge.Maimtenance not only fix the problem, but I explained the situation. I am very pleased by with the coordination of Management and Maintenance.

I initially started the process with Zee (Asst. Mgn.) who is Super Sweet, Awesome, and Amazing! Then I met Shelia (Sr. Mgn.), the two of them gave the best personalized service. I haven't received customer service like this in a long time. Zee helped my mom and I through the whole process. She made it the process effortless!!

Thank you, Zoberia (Zee). I visited Ashton Arbors Senior Residences to inquire about availability. Zee was very pleasant and professional and shared good information about the residence and the application process. She has OUTSTANDING customer service. The grounds at this facility are very clean inside and out. Also, entry doors are locked so you just cannot enter residences. There was a good feeling of safety. This Residence must definitely would be #1 on my list to live at a Senior Residence. I also want to Thank Zee's manager for introducing herself to me. I appreciate your introduction and sharing your insight about Ashton Arbors Senior Residences.

I've been here for a year, it was so nice back then, but much has diminished tremendously, especially since Markeyta has left. The Leasing Office has been non existence for 2 weeks now without notice which truly concerns me. I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing a home again in the near future. I was actually shocked of the review status for our community. Ashton Arbors has been a safe haven for me and a wonderful experience. Upon moving here I met a very professional manager Genny who walked me literally through the entire process. My apartment has wonderful natural sunlight. Maintenance staff are very helpful with assisting residents with bringing in groceries as well. If there would be a negative it would be that I have notice that some residents who drop debri etc. masks, gloves pick up and throw away. Management keeps the grounds groomed beautifully and it should be consistent with our contribution for our home.However, my biggest praise would be how management immediately implemented a safe place protocol for us at the beginning of this COVID19 pandemic to keep us safe!Thank you for your prompt attention to needs and resources for Ashton Arbor residents.Two bedroom is spacious walk-in closet (fav) washer, dryer connection. Ashton Arbors is located near all shopping and hospital care. Love, love the gazebo just need a fountain close by it. #GemsfromtheGazebo

Shepherds Place Foundation Information

I visited this senior living facility in 2018 and was so touched by the staff that I got on the waiting list. In Feb 2020 I returned to Marietta, GA and finally I was called by the staff to let me know there was an apartment available. I was approved and then my fiances and subsidy were not approved for what I desired and I was unable to move in.... but the staff kept me in mind and then another apartment was available and they pre-approved me for that without making me go through the approval process again. I have a beautiful apartment, and then the Covid-19 put us on lockdown and the staff has concerned themselves about each and every person safety of who lives here. They make sure we are protected and safe with communication through emails, letters on doors with contactless delivery if desired, phone calls check-in, maintenance is kept up with quick response on repairs, pest control, an elevator and other amnenties that are not open due to Covid, but I cant wait to participate and enjoy when open. The most blessing of all no reports of covid-19 of all the 300+ residents. We are on a bus line, we have ample disabled parking, surrounding business with food delivery of groceries and other pre-prepared meals, we are within walking distance to most of the eateries, we can have pets and the grounds are kept clean, the residents are courteous and helpful for our community needs, This will be my place of residence for years to come. AND THERE IS MUCH MORE BUT NOT ABLE TO WRITE ALL THE BLESSINGS OF BEING A RESIDENT OF ASHTON ARBORS

I moved to Ashton Arbors August of 2020 could not be happier. My home is a great efficient senior living community. My 2 bedroom unit very spacious I especially love my food pantry. Love my walks around the property and some days to the little strip mall. Theres a wonderful management group here always polite and friendly. This is a great place to live quiet and lovely neighbors.

My mother lives there and its a nice place. She fail in the bathroom and pulled the emergency string, somebody was knocking at the door in minutes. They got the maintenance man to open the door, they help her get up off the floor and call the paramedics. Everyone speaks to you, the apt. is very nice but I will say she have very little ants in the bathroom, thats only reason Im given them 4 stars. Management is very professional, caring and nice people, Ive had a good experience with every visit and my Mom havent complain and shes been living there for 2 years.
