In April we met with Harrison regarding 4 Seasons. He was extremely helpful and we were impressed with him. At that time we did not start any service with 4 Seasons. This is a new area for me, but I felt compelled to write this review. My mother-in-law was bedridden due to the onset of a flu, and the combination of her cancer therapy and the flu left her virtually unable to move and in need of Physical Therapy to get back on her feet. The initial move to a Rehab facility near south cobb hospital was a disaster; I'll post that separately. After a call to 4 Seasons when we decided she needed to be moved away from that facility, it could not have gone smoother. The coordinator Deborah knew all the right questions to ask, and literally was able to arrange someone on site (home) within 24 hours. The people were absolutely awesome and had my mother in law moving on her own within 5 days ---- and HAPPY. But wait, it gets better. Her initial caregiver had a unprojected family emergency and they had a replacement and a go-forward schedule that morning. To me, the true test of a company is how they respond to the unexpected. They nailed it in my opinion. Their caregivers are employees, not contractors, and they feel an affinity to the company…that gets passed along to your family member. I was impressed. You only have one or two times typically you'll be faced with this; I'm glad we fixed it quickly and we were fortunate enough to be connected with 4 Seasons.

They have been so great helping me navigate bringing my mom home from a rehab center. Deborah made me feel like she really listened to my family and all the concerns we had. The caregiver, Nancy is amazing!!!!! She tends to my mom's every need and keeps her company while my husband and I are at work. The owner, Mr. Funk came to the rehab center to meet with my mom and me before we brought her home and was very accommodating. I would recommend 4 Seasons to everyone who is entering this chapter of their lives caring for elderly parents whether they need full care or just company!!!!!

We met with Harrison for a consultation but ultimately went with another company (owned by a family friend). However, I was very impressed with what 4 Seasons had to offer and if our situation changes, they will be my first call. Staff seems to be very professional and are prompt to respond to calls and e-mails.

The caregivers, nurses and office staff are all amazing - always super dependable with communication and making sure Mom’s needs are met. Excellent experience with 4 Seasons. They came through when no one else had accepted care for Covid patients. We used them for overnight care for my 92 year old father with Parkinsons and Dimentia. The care, concern, professionalism and efficiency of Four Seasons was amazing. Lou Ann and Jo Ann were so easy to work with and and answered any request we had and worked with us with providing in home care for my mom during her last month of life. Mimi was an angel sent from heaven. She continued to care for my dad after my mom died. My dad was lost without my mom and fell and broke his hip. Once again Lou Ann and Jo Ann helped us out by providing up night time care so that we could stay with my dad during the day but we were able to go home and get some much needed sleep knowing that my dad would be well loved and confident that he would be well attended to. All the ladies who came to sit with my dad were absolutely wonderful but Elaine had to sit with him on a particularly hard night (the anesthesia and drugs accelerated his already present dementia and at times he was extremely restless, agitated and combative). Elaine assured us that it was no problem and for us to go home and not to worry. Our whole experience with Four Seasons was excellent for the owners, the staff and all the caretakers we encountered. Thank you Lou Ann and Jo Ann and to each caretaker we had, Marianne, Mimi, Rita, Patricia, and Elaine!!!!

Ive referred Elders and their families to 4 Seasons Home Care for years but most recently I used their services for myself following surgery. Now I know first hand what wonderful care and attention to detail this company provides. Id heard great things from families but now I know for myself. The caregivers were selected for my personal care needs and based on my preferences. The RN staff ensured the caregiver was well trained in the hands on care I specifically needed. Not only was the caregiver professional and experienced, she was interesting and kind. We had nice conversations during my recovery which helped with the boredom of not being able to go out and about. Thank you so much for the care and help when I needed it most.

My brothers and I had to find extra care for our 78 year old Mom recently, she was in a Rehab facility and had Dementia and needed some extra care and attention.They sent an excellent Nurse assistant out who stayed with my Mom every day for a week. The Nurse would talk to her and keep her company when we could not be there, as well as help the other Nurses at the facility so it was a real blessing.About three weeks later My Mom had been in a Nursing Home, we brought her home as she was not looking too well and we had 4 Seasons send out Nurses 24-7 in 12 hour shifts to help look after Mom at home. Mom passed away a few days later in our home and the 4 Seasons nurses were just awesome, they helped clean her, administer medications, change bedding, keep her comfortable, and were just there with her around the clock.you need Nursing assistants at home or anywhere else, I can definitely recommend 4 Seasons Nursing care, Great people, very trustworthy and honest, and they really do care in my opinion.

4 Seasons Home Care has diligently worked with us since our mother was released from the hospital in February and then to rehab until going home in early April. The owner met us at the rehab and then again at moms residence to answer all of our questions and review the service agreement before any commitment. The nurse assistants have been wonderful, gentle and supportive as our time schedules and needs shifted based on my mothers changing status. Recently, the schedule has become more settled now and we have had the same nurse assistant for the past two months who is fantastic! Professional, reliable, and warmly courteous. She engages our mother in a manner that recognizes moms intelligence. She also knows how to respect our mothers privacy, never over-stepping. Always easy to communicate with, 4 Seasons has made our lives much easier during this trying period.

They meet my needs each time they come. They have also call or come out to see how things are going with their caregivers and ask if there is anything they could do to improve the service. They keep me informed about when people are coming if I request a change in my schedule. I just think it is a very good service and they have been a very good company to work with. Earlier this month, I called upon Lou Ann when I needed someone drive me to the hospital stay with me for a procedure and take me home afterwards. I could not have asked for a better match –the staff member she sent not only take me to the hospital, bring me home, she also stayed with me through the entire ordeal. I was under her watch and care the entire time. I will call upon Lou Ann again when I am home to recover from my surgery in the near future. I cant begin to say enough about our familys exceptional experience with the care and professional attention 4 Seasons provided for my family, but more so to the extensive care that was provided to both of my elderly parents. We started out with shorter shifts but as their needs increased, we had full day, round-the-clock in-home care provided by wonderful and experienced caregivers. It was such a relief to the rest of our family to have the assistance my parents needed. We eventually had to expand to a 24-7 round the clock in home care. The office staff and nurses were working with us at every turn we took. I have referred 4 Seasons Home Care many times to others with the full confidence that they can and will meet every need. There just arent enough words I can write to express my heartfelt thanks to them with everything they have done to help our family.
