I'm fixing to move in after the 3rd it seems like a nice place I know when I went to put in my location they were holding a birthday party for somebody I said I have cookouts also but I'm glad to be moving in I'm 71 years old and this will be last place I live

I visit w/ my best friend and help w/residents playing bingo. I can't wait until this coming July to put in my application. This place seems so perfect for my needs and wants in my "golden " years.

I've been living at st paul 7 years, Oct 7 2023 they took my stove, the admiinistration did their fore I can't cook for 6 month fire department came to my apartment December7 St paul administration, took my stove. the reason why they said fire department said I was cooking I've went to fire department they stated i was cooking the fire department was wrong. how can you cook with no stove I am a cancer survival I can use microwave,so when ask fire department what he put on his report he said that the formality. ive got sick no way to eat if fire department lie I don't no what to do I was told I get my stove June 6 2024 no stove since October 7 2023.

It's an older senior appt building. They really need to get the carpeting out of the hallways and do more to exterminate the roaches. The staff are nice and care about the residents but in sure the owners can afford to get it cleaned up better.

I like St.Paul, however the staff is too close. It causes people to become too lax and nothing gets done. The staff only works like fanatics when being reviewed by HUD
