A nice property for senior citizens. Great location. Well kept and concerned for residents. Rent very reasonable. Well managed.

I like St.Paul, however the staff is too close. It causes people to become too lax and nothing gets done. The staff only works like fanatics when being reviewed by HUD

I lived for for over ten years ! I really was sorry to leave but wanted a bigger place Nancy the manager is the best and all the staff ! I miss you all much love , Donna Spong
