As a hospice nurse, I have the opportunity to work closely with the amazing staff at Madison Heights at The Prado in the care and comfort of patients. I am especially impressed by Wellness Director, Barbara Glass. She is always available for assistance and suggestions. She knows every patient by name, hugs them when they return, and really takes the time to get to know the patients and families. Her love and knowledge of the patients does not go unnoticed! I highly recommend Madison Heights at The Prado for anyone seeking excellent care of a loved one!

I wish I had not put my mom here. They lost her hearing aids, most of her clothes, shoes and most of all the day before my mom passed away did not call me to tell ‘‘em her condition. The employees did not do their jobs. All the extra things I took for mom were never given to her such as ensure and etc. [name removed] is just for show. No one at that facility expressed any condolences to my family as we were getting my moms stuff after she passed away. They were only concerned with the money. I returned 3 bags of clothes that weren’t my moms and had others peoples names on them. Mobviouslynthe employees either can’t read or just didnt care.

The first time I met JoEllen (Executive Director) and toured the facility, I knew it was the right place for my Dad. Madison Heights is beautiful and everyone there is so kind and helpful. The outdoor areas are amazing. I can see my Dad spending lots of time there. When I checked on him today he was doing well and played bingo. I am so thankful that he has transitioned so well. Thank you JoEllen, Barbara and all the other staff and caregivers for what you do!

Very pleased with Madison Heights at The Prado. My mom has lived there for over a year. The facility is nice and has recently been updated which makes for a comfortable environment but more important than aesthetics is the quality of the staff! JoEllen, Jodi, Cindy and Barbara are all caring and responsive and I appreciate that! Most of my contact is with Barbara, the wellness director; she is genuinely concerned about her residents and she consistently goes above and beyond to see that their needs are met and as a family member that means more than most anything!

I have been going into Madison Heights for many years. The staff and dept heads have always gone above and beyond for the residents. Not only do they keep them entertained and active as possible, but show compassion and patience with each individual needs. Recommend them to anyone looking for a specialized Memory Care Facility.

My sister has been a resident at Madison Hgts for the past year and a half. From the moment we interviewed at the facility, meeting the director, nurses and staff I knew this would be a good place for her. Everyone who comes in contact with my sister has such a cheerful and upbeat attitude! This just confirms what a caring and supportive community she is living in. I appreciate the open communication between the director, staff and families. I know they always have my sister‘s best interests at heart and she is getting the best care possible. During this pandemic I have been impressed with the measures they have taken to keep the residents safe. I never doubt any decisions they have made for my sisters welfare. I highly recommend Madison Heights for anyone looking for a quality memory care home.
