I work with a senior that needs 24 hour care. When I can't be there she uses this branch of Visiting Angels. They go above and beyond to make sure she is taken great care of! Not only are they her caregivers but she has made some great friends also. Carline and Ella have been with her for awhile and they are awesome! She looks forward to seeing them. i was so thankful l that i found Visiting Angels. The agency I was with just dropped me with little notice. I called and spoke to Ms Lillian and she got right on it. she has been working diligently to form a team for us from the very beginning. she is meticulous in her hiring and her staff is top notch - caring but professional. i love Visiting Nurses and would recommend the highly if you are in need of a caregiver.

My family and I will be forever grateful to both Lillian and Carline in the care of our mother. Although they only cared for her for just over a week before she had to go to the hospital for emergency surgery they did so with such compassion and tenderness at a time when she needed it more than ever. They were extremely attentive and alerted us to a problem we werent even aware of. In doing so this ultimately saved our mother from extended horrible pain and agony. I highly recommend Lillian and Carline to anyone looking for reputable professional compassionate caregivers!

From the moment you are greeted by the wonderful concierge team at Visiting Angels of Lithonia, Ga, you immediately feel welcome! The protocols put in to place to keep everyone safe and healthy during this pandemic are amazingly organized and flow smoothly for everyone involved. The staff there go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to the residents. The associates and residents are all like a big family and are getting one another through these difficult times. They did an outstanding job taking care of our loved one there. They are always available when needed. Our loved one enjoyed every single day spent. They care for the residents like a family. I used Visiting Angels for in-home caretaking services for my elderly mother. After an incredibly tough year, they made it a lot easier to feel comfortable with living and working out of state. I loved working with Liliane and I felt like she did a wonderful job of finding just the right caretaker to match with my mother. When I first brought my husband home for the nursing facility, I was shocked and overwhelmed by what lay before me. Liliane came to our home the very first day and began giving him care. She advised me and guided me through the tasks at hand and the supplies I would need. She came the second day as well. We had an experienced med tech on the third day and she has been with us ever since. Two others have come to our home who were just as experienced and compassionate. They work together as a team and with us as a team. We are more hopeful about the future now and I am more confident in my own role as a caregiver. I cant express my appreciation enough. This is a great company and I highly recommend it.

We were in need of a caring and capable company to take care of our mom since she needed the extra care this year. We had tried a few other agencies over the past few months that were just not we were looking for. Finally we give this Visiting Angels a try and we were not disappointed! What a difference! I really felt at ease, being able to go about my daily schedule, and not worry about my aunt care while Im away from them! The caregivers are awesome , excellent care . Visiting Angels caregivers know what to do and when. kudos to Lina the caregiver . Their caregivers are caring and skilled I will highly recommend visiting Angels to anyone in need of an angels to help with their loved one. With covid 19 the caregivers uses PPE and washes her hand frequently. They are well trained and educated. Safety is their top priority. I highly recommend Visiting Angels.
