I have lived in Redland Creek for 3 years. The AC unit in my apt. does not work well and the humidity stays between 80 to 90% when the healthy level is 30 to 50%. I have had a leaking kitchen faucet for months which the management has failed to replace. The public areas are not clean. The carpeted hallways are never vacuumed. The "public" rooms are kept locked so the tenants cannot use them. Not recommended.

I am trying to move on the community the complex chand management and it is taking longer than I expected to get moved in The property manager is nice.
