After visiting Linwood for a week, I recently moved into the greatest senior living facility I could imagine. I worked in health care for nearly 40 years, also sponsored 8 close relatives in nursing homes over 20 years, and personally lived in 3 independent living places myself. This is where I want to spend the rest of my days. I have never met more caring (for residents and their families), dedicated, respectful, open-door professional, honest, "practice -what-you -preach living" people in my life. I didn't know a home like this existed! And don't forget, the food is wonderful. I thank God for the gift of living here with such wonderful residents and staff. I highly recommend Linwood Estates to everyone interested in senior living. Many of the staff have been here since it opened. The Lawrenceville/Suwanee area is just where I want to live. Give it a try for yourself. You'll be glad you did..Thanks.

My mother and oldest brother have been residents at Linwood since the doors opened over 3 years ago. It was incredible how the service, cleanliness, and high quality care was maintained during the Pandemic! Joel and Cathie, the managers, do an excellent job caring in leading a team of wonderful staff! It is nice that they live at the Estate 24/7 for the residents that may need help. They work hard to make sure Linwood maintains to be a Gracious Living Estate! There is no doubt all the staff truly cares about their residence and makes them feel like their family. Recently, 2 staff members, Andrea and Namka, noticed my mother not doing well and called 911. When my mom arrived to the emergency room she was in A. Fib and she had to be cardio converted. She ended up with a pacemaker. Because of these 2 employees dedication and compassion, I consider them frontline heroes and helpers in saving my mothers life. The activities Director, Karl, is so creative and talented! The residents have so much fun and feel a sense of well-being. Karl has incredible decorating skills too! My mother and brother always talk about how they appreciate the devotional sessions he has. The Chef, Roberta, leads a wonderful team and the food is definitely the best and service also gets a 5 star rating. The dinning room has the best restaurant feel atmosphere! Roberta even went to visit my mother when in Rehab on her day off. Gary, also does a great job, taking the residents to appointments, errands, etc. and you can tell he loves his job as he geniuses cares. Ken, that is in charge of the business aspect at the front office, always makes family and guest feel welcome. There is Legacy Rehab at Linwood that is directed by Kristin. Kristin and her team have been doing great job with PT and OT in helping my brother. My mother and brother love it there. Our family feels so blessed that they have a home to live in that has the people with the passion to do what they do! We moved my mother-in-law from Asheville, NC to Linwood Estates in Lawrenceville. Unfortunately she was only there for one week. I just want to share how wonderful the management and staff were in that short time and when we were moving her in. They went way above and beyond to make us feel like family. The residents were so sweet and friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!

Mom has been with Linwood since the beginning - we actually secured her room prior to their opening. She has made many friends there and enjoys the companionship she finds with both the residents and the staff. Cathie and Joel have been there since the start and you could not ask for better managers. Karl, as activity director is top rate and Jeff in transportation assures safe travels for all. It takes passion to run a facility like this... enjoy your job and the people that you are caring for. That passion is evident in every single staff person at Linwood. The facility is very nice, but it is the people that make it a great place.

I have had personal experiences with family at other independent living and assisted living facilities, Linwood far exceeds those experiences. Cathie and Joel Wilson work tirelessly to maintain a clean and beautiful environment. During this time of COVID-19 they have managed to maintain cleanliness and a calm throughout the community. The staff is amazing and everyone always has a kind word to exchange. There is always something going on and residents can do as much as they want. Lastly, the food is delicious and presented in a comfortable restaurant style manner.

Social activity, exercise, and good food soon won her over and she now loves being there and considers Linwood home. Karl, our Activities Director puts his creativity to work both in decorating our home to the crafting and engagement with our residents keeping them busy, having fun, feeling good and living well. Our Executive Chef and Sous Chef together with the efficient kitchen staff and servers give the residents a memorable dining experience. The Housekeeping team play an integral part in getting to know the residents on their floor to give them the personal service for their respective needs. Jeff, our Bus Driver, with his fatherly yet organized approach, transports our residents to their respective destinations with precision. The activity director is awesome the residents have something to do from 10:00 til 4:00 everyday. The decor and food are like living in a 5 star hotel. There is no other place like this in ga. This facility is clean, good food and a very caring and friendly staff. Extra help for those who need extra self-help assistance can get it through a partner group for additional but reasonable charge. My dad is very happy here and has been living at Linwood for over a year. They look after him, love on him, and are always very helpful for anything we have asked for. They make holidays special, decorate the facility beautifully, and it feels like home . Very glad that my dad is here!

Linwood Estates was really nice and friendly. It was like being on a cruise ship. The staff was extremely nice. It would be perfect for somebody with a cognizant mind and body, but not for somebody who is losing their mind. The apartment looked nice. The dining area was wonderful. The dining area was really big and there were so many people eating together. They have a movie theater with popcorn. The place was really clean.
