The Kennesaw Place staff were accomodating and very supportive to our dear friend and his family during a difficult time. The leadership team and staff work very well together and stepped up to make the onboarding experience a smooth transition. Stefanie and the team made things easy and helped our dear friend get the care he badly needed. Many thanks to the caregivers and we look forward to the next chapter.

This is the third stop for our Dad… long complicated story… everyone’s story is different… BUT… Kennesaw Place has embraced him! Loved on him!! Makes us feel comfortable knowing he is safe and not just cared for, but loved on… The staff knows him, and his family. They’ve learned that he likes his hands to be active, and they accommodate in beautiful ways! Our hearts are filled every time we visit ❤️

My Dad has been at Kennesaw Place for six months and we have an Uncle who's been there for eighteen months. The staff has been wonderful, and very kind hearted. They do anything they can to accommodate their needs. Thank you Kennesaw Place, you folks have been a real blessing to our family.

The staff works as a "team with me" in doing what is best for my Mom! Angela's attention to medical detail is excellent-she picked up that my Mom had a UTI just by Mom's change in behavior. Sonya is very personable and helpful-even during the trying times of Covid!

The place is small and much like a family. Everyone pitches in to give excellent care to my Mom. The medical staff and administration KNOW my Mom and me! Feel like my Mom is cared for like family!

My dad is a resident here and he enjoys his new home. We chose this location for respite care and decided to continue the relationship. The facility is clean, no smells and has a friendly, caring and attentive staff. Sonya Downes ( Director), Angela(Nurse), Lauretta, Paulette, Lydia, Ashley and the other staff members are awesome! Lacy is a jewel!

Kennesaw Place has been such a blessing in a difficult situation. We've been here several years thru several different situations - Assisted Living, Memory Care, COVID, and now Hospice. Staff are always helpful and accommodating. It's clean and safe. At this point I can't imagine being anywhere else!

I love this home for my Mom, she truly loves I there. Although she doesnt understand why the administrator doesnt come see her anymore. (She was fired) ?The are a couple of issues that need taken care of with staff. They need an administrator that has a knowledge of older people and ones with Dementia and Alzheimers. Its not been the same since Melissa is not there for the residents and the families. The activities director has changed things to wear only 3 people can come to be with each resident for the activities-family things they plan. Thats a really sad things for families that have 5 children and only 3 can attend. It makes people feel unwanted to be at the home. VERY SAD!!! It only takes that one person to make things bad.

What a wonderful community, and new home for my wife. We moved her here from a sister community close by that was terrible, and I only wish we had chosen Kennesaw Place from the beginning. It is welcoming, warm, and you immediately feel like you are "home". It may not be large and grandiose, but once you spend 10 minutes there, and meet the staff, you realize that fancy does not matter. The managers- particularly the Director- make me feel welcome at all times. If I have a question or issue, they address it immediately, and most importantly, my wife is happy. I could not recommend Kennesaw Place more highly for truly caring for the elderly. I look forward to visiting every day, and I never thought I would have peace, and be able to relax, secure in the knowledge that my bride is cared for and loved by someone other than me.

I cannot say enough about Kennesaw Place. Michael did so much to help me when I was struggling with trying to help my Mother, and take care of my small children at the same time. I feel bad now about all the times I would call him crying because I was overwhelmed, and he never lost patience with me, and made me feel understood and supported. Now that my Mother is a resident, I still call him, and he still spends way too much time on the phone with me (I'm a bit of a worrier). The team is family, and I can say that I really love them all. The way they interact with the residents warms my heart, and my Mother has improved greatly. My family and I are so happy we chose Kennesaw Place, and I would tell everyone to do the same if they're in the same position I was. It is small, and easy to navigate, so if you have mobility problems, you can still be successful, and you won't get lost in the fray. Can I give 20 stars please?

I come here to volunteer with my sister. We play games, paint nails, help with happy hour, and whatever wendy needs us to do. I help marcus to sometimes when I can. This place rocks!

With so many assisted living facilities popping up everywhere we were almost overwhelmed in trying to decide where my mom should live. I asked my mom's doctor if he she had any recommendations, and she recommended Kennesaw Place. I'm so glad we listened, because this place has been nothing but wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Nice community with really great people. I volunteer here sometimes, and they really have fun with the residents! You can tell that the employees love what they do, and that starts from the managers. I love this community. Angela, Michael, Sheldon, Marcus, Wendy, Lauren and Melissa are amazing!

Mom loves it. Because of that, I love it. Props to the Director for actually answering her cell phone at 10 pm when I had a question. Yes, she gives out her personal cell number to the families. Great place and the food is really, really good. Activities are hopping, and they stay busy and happy.

Great communication between staff and family, even on nights and weekends. I feel like the staff is there because it's their calling, and not just a paycheck. That matters to me. Everyone I've met there is so nice and I feel safe with my nanny there. I would suggest that anyone looking tours there- especially after touring other facilities. It's really different, in a good way.
