I am a case manager at a critical illness recovery hospital. We admitted a long term resident from Douglasville N&R to assist with his acute care needs. Clarke Nelson, admissions coordinator, confirmed that this patient was a resident with them since March 2024. I am very impressed with this patients skin integrity. He admitted to my hospital without any bed sores and his airway was well cared for. I spoke with his family, and they are pleased with the care that has been provided at Douglasville N&R over the last several months. Not only do I have a great working relationship with the admissions team at DNR, it is reassuring that when I refer patients to their facility, I see that great things are happening.

I would like to leave a review for Clarke in administration. I wanted my brothers bed moved to the window side of room. Clarke was very helpful with making that happen. He cleaned area and helped me move beds. Thank you Clarke.

I had the privilege of being a,patient at Douglasville Nursing And Rehab I spent 3months there,I must say I was very much impress by the level of care I received. I will go back again anytime in the future I need care.I must say the Rehab Department is top notch. Can't stop praising the staff they attend to my every need and if I had a problem it was resolved immediately Excellent management, you can address any issues you have with them and you can reassure it will be resolved. And if a problem arise it was address right away and any problems that I had was address immediately. I must say special thank you to the CNA staff that took care of me during my stay. I have high praises for the CNA staff they were awesome. My stay was different than the long term care side. But on the rehab side it was great.

Unorganized and bad attitudes. Would only go back for the rehabilitation

My mother had partial hip replacement and received her rehabilitation at this facility. She was very well taken care of and received excellent care. She was happy and loved the people here. She actually cried when she left. This was the happiest she had been in a while. While the above is very true, I must also add that my daughter was working there at the time.
