My mother was living with us and suffered Alzheimer's for several years. We had used another company to help provide care for her but they became unreliable...they were no-shows while we were out-of-town on two separate occasions, leaving my mom without care! That is when Certified Home Care of Georgia was recommended to us. They were a complete godsend! Judine provided the majority of the care and made sure someone else was there if she could not be. She was fast, efficient, and reliable in caring for my mom! She has a loving heart and is completely trustworthy to come inside your home. 100% respect was always shown to us and my mom. When there was a change in my mom's health or behaviors, Judine was quick to pivot and up the level of care to meet our new needs. She even stayed with us through to the end, supporting us throughout the process as much as my mother. My only regret is not finding Certified Home Care sooner!

I lived far away from my parents and noticed in many conversation where they couldn't tell me when was the last time they took her medication. After my last visit I realize help is needed. Certified Home Care of Georgia gave us the help we needed. My parents have three caregivers 24 hours 7 days per week. I am happy I came to visit when I did. The peace that I am now experiencing is hard to explain. Mom and dad are safe and been cared for. Dad was a little resistant at first, but they are doing great now. 7 months happy and going strong. Since 2017.

When we called to get information about how Certified Home Care of Georgia works and if it would fit our needs for my father-in-law, Holly answered a lot of my questions over the phone and then agreed to come out that SAME DAY for a home visit. She was professional, friendly, and patient. She answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once. We signed up the same day! We have had three caregivers visit our home and every one of them has been friendly to us and to my father-in-law. Alice, Cynthia, and Sharon are always very warm and kind to my father-in-law and friendly to the rest of our family. I never felt uncomfortable leaving any of them alone with my FIL. Sharon has been in our home most and we all love her. My father-in-law has been very comfortable with all of the caregivers but since Sharon visits us most, he's built a stronger relationship with her. It's sweet to hear them talking while she's helping him shower, dress, or whatever else his needs are for that day. She has a real heart for care giving. They all do, really! They were very patient with our schedule changes. Since we were new to the home care process, we weren't exactly sure our needs until we had a few home visits. We tweaked the care giving schedule a few times and everyone was very kind about our changes. We have settled into a nice routine now and it is definitely the best decision we ever made. My father-in-law is happy with the care. I believe it's helped his overall mood as well. As it was probably somewhat embarrassing and/or demeaning for him to get that help from me or his son. He really likes all of his care givers. I would highly recommend Certified Home Care of Georgia for your home care needs. They will match you with the care giver that's best for your elderly parent/family member and they are very good about following up to make sure you're happy with the caregiver and the services provided.
