I worked for The Villas for over a year and a half and all I can say is AMAZING! The facility is run with great, professional management and with the most caring staff of 24-7 nurses, med techs, and caregivers. The new residents that come into the facility are loving the activities, entertainment, crafts, and food that they offer. A very friendly and loving environment for mom or dad.

My mom moved into The Villas at Canterfield in February. She absolutely loves it. The staff goes above and beyond. Since the corona virus they have taken every precaution to keep the residents safe. Thank you all for everything you do!!!!!!

My father has been a resident of the Villas for three months now and he is doing great. Definitely was the right choice--staff is like family and go out of their way to make sure he has what he needs and is comfortable as he transitions to his new environment.

Toured the facility today with my mom and grandmother to see if my grandmother would be ok moving... Connie and LaTasha came in on their day off and went out of their way to make sure all 3 of us were comfortable, answered any and all questions (sometimes more than once) without any frustration, treated us to lunch in the dining room and took their time to miss other commitments to eat with us!! My grandmother is now looking forward to going there and I am excited for her! THANK YOU!!

We were looking for a assistant living facility for mom and the Villa at Canterfield is great. Caring staff and safe environment along with great food and man on site services. It could not be better and we love it there.

A great place to be when you need little help and assistance along the way. Someone is there to help whenever necessary. My daughter is there and it puts my mind at ease knowing that there is someone there with her when she is having a medical issue. Dianne loves the attention. I worked for brookdale as a med tech and CNA for about a year. There is defiantly a community feel there! I had a pretty major accident that pulled me out of work for a while. They sent me so many sweet cards, it made me feel so loved while I was out. They make it a great environment for the social needs of all the residents. They also do a great job meeting their needs for care. It is amazing what having a community that loved ones feel they are a part of can do. It really helped a lot of our residents feel a home.
