A clean and affordable apartment complex for anyone over 55. There are laundry facilities in the main building. There are washer and dryer hookups in the apartments, in the newer building. There are community events in the main building. They are in walking distance to a grocery store, Dollar General, bank, antique store, hair salon, a BBQ restaurant, bakery, and Zaxbys. There is Ninth District available in this area, to assist with energy bills, etc. There is local transit that can be scheduled ahead: Anywhere in the county, $3.00 each way, but they do not run nights or weekends.

I deliver meals on wheels here. The place (public areas) is immaculate. Residents come-and-go as necessary.Manager on duty daily. SEAN (shawn?) The Super is a talented, capable fixer-upper.
