My Aunt and Uncle moved to the Benton House in January and the Benton House has gone above and beyond to help them get acclimated to their new home! They've gone out of the way to care for them and to make sure that they have everything needed to make them comfortable!

Benton House of Covington is AMAZING! Our entire family visited several facilities before deciding on Benton House....we all agreed this was definitely the right place for our Mother, and we were right. Each and every person working here has been wonderful to our mama! She has blossomed since being here and says she loves her new room. She is so much happier here and very well taken care of. She has nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone, but she really raves about Tanisha. Even when any of us visits each and every staff member speaks and has a smile. From the director to the nurses, assistants and even the people in the kitchen each one listens to the residents and seems to genuinely care for them. Thank you Benton House of Covington for such a wonderful and kind environment!!!

We took our mom there for a few days while we went to a out of town wedding. I can hardly express my complete satisfaction with the Benton House and its staff. From the moment we spoke with the people in the office the week before mom arrived, to those that actually cared for her. My apprehensive mom fit right in to the community, and said, to my surprise, when we came to pick her to go home I like it here...I made a friend. I would, wholeheartedly, recommend The Benton House of Covington for you love one!

There is not enough space here to mention each individual that works at this Benton House but I can assure you that from the Director (who is amazing) to the cleaning staff, they are very nice, kind, extremely helpful and personable people. If I have questions or concerns about anything involving my husbands care or well-being the Director and Asst. Director always listen to my concerns and offer helpful insight and suggestions for handling issues pertaining to my loved one -- THEY HELP ME UNDERSTAND DEAL WITH THE ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH MY HUSBANDS MEMORY LOSS AND ACTIONS ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CHANGES HE IS IS GOING THROUGH. It is so obvious that they care about their charges and the quality of care and quality of life that their residents receive in their facility. They are awesome and just downright kind good people. The facility is ALWAYS clean. The meals are ALWAYS good (per my husband - who was at one time a top chef in some of Atlantas finest restaurants). The BH does a great job of providing interesting and enjoyable activities for the residents who are mobile. Every staff member from the Director to the housekeepers are patient and caring -- just really nice people! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AS A GREAT SUBSTITUTE HOME FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

I have visited my friends mother at Benton House a number of times. This is a warm and inviting place to live. The staff is caring and thoughtful. The rooms have a nice layout. I really like how the rooms surround open air patios for the residents to visit. Neat place.

The team here is a joyful group, there is involvement noticed and genuine, the environment feels welcoming and uplifting. The location is on top of a hill and has a stunning view of its surroundings on clear days. Weve visited our friend here, and she absolutely adores her room and the facility. She gave us a little tour, and it was all very impressive. Her room was lovely, like a little studio apartment with everything one could need. Plus, everyone there was very welcoming and seemed happy. The place is immaculate and has a very homey feel. It doesnt feel clinical at all.

My friends mom is at Benton House and is doing so well there. She has lots of activities and the staff and residents are caring and compassionate. And, the facilities are very nice! The rooms are more like small apartments vs just a room. She is blessed that if she cant be in her home, this place has made her feel home!

My mom has been a resident since January of 2019. My only regret is that we didnt move her sooner. Shes happy, healthy and the staff is fantastic! Choosing a facility for your elders is an excruciatingly stressful and heavy decision. I am completely confident that ours was the right one!

My mom has been at the Benton House since you September of 2019 and she is extremely happy there!! The Administration and Staff take very good care of her and we as her family feel very confident in the care that they provide. We dont have to worry about her being alone and taken care of anymore!! I cant say enough positive things about the people who work at Benton House from the admin staff to the nursing care staff to the independent living and memory care staff. There is an attitude of care and concern that permeates the whole organization. I specifically want to give an extra shout out to the memory care staff: under the most demanding and involved situations,they manage to perform daily with care,concern,and respect for those in their care. When your loved one is confused as to her situation and where she is exactly,yet she tells you shes happy where she lives,you know many people have worked hard to make this happen. I cant imagine my loved one being anywhere but Benton House.

When my father was discharged from the hospital, the assumption was that his condition could not improve. What the doctors did not know was that he has a strong mind and spirit, a spirit that he would draw on to overcome his health problems. We chose assisted living with hospice care. The directors and staff have been wonderful in giving him the extra help he needed while maintaining his dignity. They immediately respond as necessity arises and will stop and talk with us about any new developments or concerns. He appreciates his independence and the staff encourages him to make his own decisions, while ensuring that he takes his meds regularly and maintains healthy habits. Our directors are worthy examples for the staff and residents, exhibiting a cheerful outlook and positive can-do attitude, and treating each resident as though he or she is the only one they are caring for. I appreciate the personal interest they have shown me as we chat or discuss more serious issues. I would like to recognize a few of the staff members who have cared for my father during the past ten months. They have had a direct impact on his progression from being bedridden upon his release from the hospital to walking around as a healthier, fiercely independent man. Debi offers my father more than medications. She sweeps into the room every day greeting him with a big smile and Hi, Charlie and he laughs (she is the only one he likes calling him Charlie). Often he wants to know the name of the meds he is taking and what they are for. Debi is knowledgeable and inspires confidence. She is so supportive and the two of them have bonded on more intellectual subjects. She has suggested herbal tea to help his breathing - in fact, I believe he would do anything for her! Darlene was one of the first to take my father under her wing. She was new to the staff, but she couldnt do enough to help. One might have thought he was her own father. Such a small person with so much energy; she reminds me of the energizer bunny! Ronnie was there when my father first arrived. He picked my father up in many ways. His happy attitude is infectious. I believe Ronnie satisfies my fathers need for maleness; that is to say, Ronnie can fix the TV or the bed, pick my father up when he falls, and do all those male jobs. He does much more of course. Ronnie is my fathers Man. These are just three of many without whom my father would probably not be with us today. Thank you so very much.

This is a nice place for my father. We like the care of this community for the few times that he has gone he has been happy with how he is treated and is happy with the staff. I like knowing that he is happy here. We would recommend that families that are needing daycare for a loved one to see this wonderful care from this community.

A very positive experience. They helped in every way and with great patience to deal with a complex situation with a number of twists and turns. Mom was able to return home recently, but we liked Benton House so much we still go back to visit.
