My Mom has lived at Fellowship for 2 years now. Our experience has been great. Management is responsive and hands on daily. The staff is very helpful and I feel communication is key between family members, management and staff. The facility is very clean and has improved with renovations since Ellie Hart has joined as Executive Director. This is a beautiful facility and Ellie continues to make it more like home for residents, family and friends.

I put my father in law here. Ellie is a great ED. Patty does great activities and clean up rooms good. You have CMA Michelle that treat these residents like family and does her job above and beyond what the scope is.

I have been out to the Fellowship Home to visit my family member. You will always see the ED Ellie, Patty, Michelle T and the other staff members out there taking care and loving the resident like they are their family. Ellie, Patty and Michelle are always cleaning no matter their job. They have good breakfast and lunch. I'm glad they have a small dinner cause the lunch they have are always big. The only problem I have is you have some of the workers that talk loudly and have a bad attitude. And then there is this one resident that's out there that's always saying someone is talking about her and residents and the workers doing something to her or her apartment. Sometimes I'm scared to let my family member be out there because I don't know what she going to do, and I really don't want to park my car out there because she can do something to it.

Fellowship Home was such a blessing for my Mother and our family. The facility is beautiful, the staff is attentive and the facility is very clean. The staff takes the time to keep the residents engaged in activities. It truly is a wonderful family atmosphere. A big tree is on display in the lobby and changed for each holiday that the residents enjoy. I would highly recommend this beautiful facility to any family in need of this type service.

My wife and I just moved into this facility. It is run like a good oiled machine. Everything is taken care of. The people here at Fellowship are so friendly. It's like they truly care about you. Saying the food is good would be an understatement. It delicious. I'll give the entire staff here a tip of my hat.

Tonight’s dinner was a watery spread of pimento cheese on white bread, chips, a moon pie and a sugary Coca Cola. Is this really what’s recommended for elderly residents with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and a host of other age-related health issues? This place is the PITS and I will be sharing my entire folder of complaints with photo proof to back them ALL up with the local health department and whatever governing body is responsible for making sure elder care facilities are up to standards. This one falls painfully short of the mark!

I have had 2 family members & 1 family friend in residence. During my visits, when staff members entered the room, they were friendly, supportive of, & encouraging to the resident. The facility has a friendly atmosphere where the residents appear to be treated like family. Without doubt residents get much better care at Fellowship Home than I have seen in "nursing homes" or other assisted living facilities. At least one of the people I know made an amazing turn around after being transferred into FH. I give complete credit to the staff for that positive change.

As a home health nurse I frequently visit The Fellowship Home to see residents. The staff is very attentive to the residents’ needs while maintaining an upbeat, fun atmosphere. The decor in the facility makes it feel like “home” and the entire facility is always so clean!The residents seem to enjoy the food the most .. they are always ready to tell me how great the food is!

My Mother’s transition to FHCM has evolved from what I believed would be a worst-case scenario to a best- case for both of us- The sense of contentment among the residents is evidenced by the Leaderships’ consistent commitment to Champion a Mission of Happiness, Joy & Respect for both staff & residents.

Horrible. The director in all ways is nasty. No beside care whatsoever! Will speak to patients and staff anyway possible. Patients are saturated in urine during the night.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable....I like the way they interact with the residents. I also very much appreciate the Director, Dawn Culpepper...she does a wonderful job and makes you feel as though your loved one is her top priority. She knows how to run this place effectively, and with attention to all the little details that make this place such a great place for our loved one and yours!

Me and my loved one took a tour of this community and thought it was spectacular. They have a patio or porch in every room. They also provide transportation to the residents if they need to go somewhere. They have a lovely place and I would recommend it to others.

My mother went to visit this community. I believe she liked the place. She thought it seemed and looked like a nice facility. The only drawback is that this is more for independent living residents so this was not a fit for us.
