Comfort Keepers provided care for my mother for 5 years. Al and his staff are very personable and caring. They strive to match caregivers that they feel will blend well with the personality of the person to which they're providing care. The other really positive thing to say is that the caregiver turnover was practically zero. This provided my mother with a very consistent daily experience with her caregivers. It also allowed me to get to know her caregivers which proved valuable over time with my mothers changing healthcare needs. I highly recommend them!

The staff at Comfort Keepers in Columbus, GA have been caring for my aunt and uncle for many years. I live several hours away and am not to be there on a daily or weekly basis. They are caring, attentive and keep me up-to-date on their needs. The only reasons that I'm giving them 5 stars is because 10 starts wasn't an option!

I can't tell you how terrific these folks were to my fiance's mom. They took the time to first understood her individual needs before recommending a plan that made sense. She loved her caregivers. They were kind, thoughtful and respectful. We never once worried about mom because we always knew she was in good hands. Comfort Keepers of Columbus GA took care of my father and stepmother for a year. I live out of state and was extremely concerned about getting quality in-home care for my Father who had congestive heart failure. After the first few conversations with Brooke, Al, and Dillon, I knew my Dad would receive competent professional care. The caregivers hired to be with my Dad were trained to meet his specific needs. Comfort Keepers worked with me and my family to ensure that my father's last year of life was happy and as healthy as it could be. I cannot express the peace of mind I gained by hiring them. As a daughter who lives out of town, I so appreciate Comfort Keepers in Columbus, Georgia for the expert care and enthusiastic attention they give my 91-year-old Mother. Our family feels such peace of mind knowing Catherine, our Mother's capable, kind, courteous, confident caregiver from Comfort Keepers, will take our Mother to doctors' appointments, hair appointments, the grocery store, and restaurants so Mother can continue to feel vibrant and enjoy life. There are also times when Mother loves to sit and talk and laugh with Catherine or rest in her favorite chair while Catherine washes her clothes and sheets, makes her bed, cooks for her, and does light housekeeping. The Comfort Keepers' staff members are also phenomenal in their professional courtesies and in their discernment about connecting each client with the most ideal caregiver. Each of them answers my questions, shares professional insights about the needs of senior citizens, and communicates with me on a consistent basis. I've worked for comfort keepers for almost 2 years. The owner and office staff are WONDERFUL!!! They LOVE their clients and caregivers. They bend over backwards to help you if you need anything. I've had a few emergencies come up and they have done everything to accommodate me. They treat me like I'm family and that's so important. I couldn't ask for a better place to work for. I've had job offers given to me making a little more money than I make now, but I've turned them down because of the love of the company I'm with. Al, Dillon and Brooke are simply amazing.
