I was going to wait a few months before posting review to get a full sense of what this property is like, but it isn't necessary. The other reviews both good and bad are accurate. The Good: The location is nestled in a quiet, clean and safe part of College Park. The building is clean, safe, quiet and the residents friendly and kind. The apartments are dated but have charm. I love my patio, and for some of the apartments you have a built in shelf next to your front door where many residents decorate to make it feel homey. Rent is based on income so it is very low. I have a two bedroom that allows for a home office. The leasing agent (Tahira) is very friendly, professional and responsive to resident's needs. There are social activities and enough to keep those that like to socialize busy. The Bad: I have lived at a handful of apartments over the last 40 years and worked in the HR field as long. I have NEVER come across a more unprofessional, rude and curt maintenence team than the one at Princeton Court Apartments. Truly HORRIBLE! I had 3 residents in the building tell me they had the same rude treatment. Recommendation: I would say if you are over the age of 55 and looking for an apartment in this area, definitely give it a try. Overall they get it right. You will not have a positive experience with maintenance however. So (as I am going to do from now on) limit your contact with them and if need be hire handyman services over dealing with them.

I visited the community for my dad one day last week and was greeted by Ms. Donita smiling from ear to ear. She was helpful, informative and very detailed. She answers all of my questions, she knew about the surrounding area and she called me back the next day to thank me for my visit. I felt really important and know my dad would be in god hands living here. My dad chose another community due his proximity to the VA hospital, but I'm sold on Princeton Courts and especially Ms. Donita!

This facility use to be a pleasant place, where my mother lived for approx 5 years... The current management team takeover, has driven my mother to move out...since the new team took over things weren't getting fixed in a timely manner if fixed at all, like my mother's refrigerator ...broken only to be replaced with another used broken rust running fridge. Water drained inside destroying all my mother's food; we have video, if you visit walk the hallways not clean anymore...patches everywh
