My daughters chose Arbor independent living for me while I was in the hospital over 4 years ago. They made an excellent decision. I'm most happy about the quality of the staff here. They are all helpful and friendly. I'm amazed that they can remember all of our names. I'll mention one in partcular, Aspen, who is a server in the dining room. She works hard, is always on the go, and gets all of our orders right. (Even though we don't always remember what we ordered.) It's nice to have a young person (the right age to be our granddaugter) who is so helpful, cheerful, and always smiling. --- 7/24/2026. I've been here 5 years now and I'm still happy. I want to thank one of the employees here, Catherine, who is the lady who cleans my apartment. She's always good, and went above and beyond yesterday when I had higher than usual clutter in her way.

I cannot say enough good things about Arbors at bridge mill. My mom recently suffered a bad fall and broke her femur, and the care and support she received from the team here has been nothing short of life-saving. I am incredibly grateful to everyone, but especially to Barbara. She stepped in and guided me through the entire process, helping me know exactly what questions and how to get my mom the immediate care she needed. Brooke the manager has also been absolutely amazing thru this very stressful time. Knowing my mom is in a community with such genuinely compassionate, proactive people gives me a peace of mind. The Arbor has been incredible for the 10 years my parents have been residents, but one staff member really stands out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rodney. He has been an absolute blessing to our family. He took incredible care of both of my parents, especially my dad who recently passed away. He called my father 'My Man' and they had a special bond...deep and true respect for each other. During an incredibly difficult time, Rodney provided unmatched care, comfort, compassion and patience for my Mother and for our family. His customer service is excellent, but more than that, he has a rare gift for making residents and their families feel like true family. We are deeply grateful for everything he does.

I've interacted with a dozen directors of resident care and Linda Lucas, the current Director of Resident Care at The Arbor of BridgeMill, is the best that I have worked with. She knows the particulars of my brother's medical challenges and care needs. She does a tremendous job of communicating in the semi-annual assessment and care plan in a way that my brother's long-term care insurance plan claims adjusters can determine his eligibility for his long-term care benefits. In this regard, she is very specific, thorough and clear. Linda is a pro!

We are very happy with the Arbor at Bridge Mill. My parents have been there for about years total, first in IL and now in AL. Marcia is such a delight to see at the front desk on the AL side as well as Cynthia. These ladies always greet you with a smile and make all of us feel welcomed. They are shining Stars!!! The staff and med techs are a delight as well. Always checking in on my parents making sure they have everything they need and assist them with whatever is needed. Its a great team for sure. My aunt lives at the Arbor and often speaks of a Jayden, and it’s always with so much appreciation. She constantly mentions how hardworking and efficient Jayden is, handling everything with such ease and professionalism. My mother joined the bridgemill community in February. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities and open to suggestions for more. Brooke, the general manager is available and sensitive to the needs of the residents. Mom already has her favorites, among them are Jacquie in the dining room, Evelyn one of her med techs, and Gabi, Stacy, and Maxene who help her daily. Of course she loves all the staff and residents. Without a doubt, the Arbor at BridgeMill is a beautiful community. The friendliness of both the staff and residents is outstanding. However, the quality of the food does not match the quality of everything else at the Arbor. We understand that it is a challenge to feed over 200 people in an efficient way. But we think that that the food could and should be better. In particular, everybody knows that fish should taste fresh. Many times this has not been the case. Other than the above, we are very happy living at the Arbor.

My mother-in-law has been in Memory Care at Arbor for a little over a year. We moved her from NY and it was the best move we could ever make. She is happy and thriving and receiving the best care possible. The staff is amazing and Charise goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is included in the daily activities. Stacy Campbell has helped make his transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living easier. It has been a big adjustment for him, and Stacy takes the time to listen whenever he has a concern. She pays attention to what is going on and lets him know that she is full of heart. She does whatever she can to make him feel more comfortable with his transformed environment. Last Tuesday, July 1st we hosted 2 dear friends for dinner. They had toured the Arbor the previous Friday, but they were not able to enjoy dinner. Darlene and Ingrid were the perfect hosts for our friends dinner and went above and beyond to ensure all their needs were met. In particular, one is in the early stages of dementia and needed additional assistance. Ingrid and her staff were very patient and helpful. Both ladies are excellent role models for less experienced staff.

My father has lived at The Arbor for several years now, and the folks there take great care of him. Maxene in particular has supported him for several years and treats him like family. She intuitively knows his needs, as his speech is quite limited at this point. In addition, she consistently displays patience and compassion. I placed my mother at The Arbor about 3 months ago and can give an enthusiastic recommendation to anyone who is looking for a first class retirement community. The place is absolutely beautiful, but it is the people that make the difference. Everyone from senior management all the way down the housekeeping staff are wonderful. I appreciate all the help and encouragement they offered when I moved my mother out of a house she owned for 52 years in Virginia. It was a stressful time, but they came through with a solution for every problem. My mother absolutely loves The Arbor. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds of The Arbor at BridgeMill it’s clear that this is more than just a retirement community. This felt like family. Out of all the communities we’ve toured of late what truly set this apart is its exceptional management. We witnessed the staff addressing every resident by name and engaging in conversation with them. The place was immaculate. The amenities were modern, comfortable and convenient. The dining area was set with white table cloths like a fancy restaurant. The attention to detail in the memory care area was incredibly thoughtful and beautifully color coordinated to help them remember their home. The executive director, Brooke Figueras, walked us through the living experience from activities to finances with such compassion and kindness. For the first time, my mom left a tour encouraged about this being her new home.

We operate a home care company that provides some help to residents that live at the Arbor at BridgeMill community. All of the residents that we care at that community love living there because the team, from the ED to CNAs, care so much about their well being. We've had nothing but white glove service from the entire team at BridgeMill! Starting with Kat who introduced us to this amazing residential space for a loved one...along with Rebecca and Barbara...and many others on the team!! .....The entire BridgeMill team all seems to have a personal mission to serve and work at this special place and they are inordinately patient and kind to not only the residents but to the families and visitors. From shuttling patients to fun outings (apple orchard), to voting poll and grocery stores and doctors appointments....They make it happen ever so seamlessly. Thankful!

The Arbor at Bridgemill is the definition of homey. There you will find a perfect balance of professional and safety yet like you are at home and have your own personal space. The staff is always attentive and so sweet! The facility is clean in and outside of the building. I love how many activities are scheduled throughout the week and I love to watch the elderly gather together with purpose each day! The indoor pool is clean and the chemicals are always well balanced. The outdoor pool is beautiful during the summer with many lounging areas and wheelchair access. I love this community and the people who run it! What a hidden jewel!

We are so grateful for The Arbor at Bridgemill. When the time came for our mom to transition from her home of 23 years to a place where she could be more socially engaged, we toured 5 different facilities. Every staff member took a genuine interest in making sure The Arbor at Bridgemill would meet her needs. Most importantly, the residents were friendly and welcoming. Mom moved in 9 months and is thriving! She loves her friends, the staff, Bible Study, and art classes. Her apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We have such peace of mind knowing that Mom is safe and happy. We highly recommend The Arbor at Bridgemill!

I can honestly say that my family and I are grateful to be able to have both our Mom and Dad in this great facility! Everyone, from management to staff, have been wonderful! The facility is always clean, safety is their number one priority, the food is top notch, there are plenty of activities for the residents to choose from and the staff is super friendly! The medical staff in Memory Care are knowledgeable and skilled. I feel very comfortable leaving my Mom in such great hands as Nurse Ashley and her team! I love visiting my parents and seeing how well they have both bonded with the employees at BridgeMill. They have definitely made my parents feel safe, loved and at home!!

Having lived at the Arbor at BridgeMill for 5 1/2years I highly recommend this community. I initially came here looking for a Memory Care facility for my mother. I had looked at other communities closer to Atlanta and Buckhead. I found nothing I was comfortable having my mother live. A senior relocation specialist recommended the Arbor at Bridgemill. At first I was a little skeptical but this was best decision, not only did my mother receive excellent care. The staff was amazing with her and all the residents of Evergreen. I’m in the independent living, I can say it would be extremely hard to find a better place to live. The excellent, friendly and professional staff along with the camaraderie of the other residents makes the Arbor at BridgeMill the perfect retirement home and community. The experience of living at the Arbor at Bridgemill is second to none. From the staff to the social activities to the new friends you meet. My parents have been residents at The Arbors for several years. They initially lived in an independent living cottage and after my father passed away, my mother moved into the main building in an independent living apartment. She recently spent a month in respite care in the assisted living portion of the building after she broke her hip. Our experiences at The Arbors have all been wonderful. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They really care about the residents and want what’s best for them. Quite often going above and beyond what you’d expect. When my father passed, the staff were genuinely sad and checked on my mother continuously. Not a day went by that someone didn’t stop by to see how she was and what she needed. Last fall she had pneumonia and again, there was always someone there to make sure she was okay and had what she needed. After her recent fall, they were invaluable in helping us find a top notch rehab facility and recommended the much needed respite care stay in assisted living. I’m not exaggerating when I say the people who work there are absolutely among the very best you will find. I have zero worries about my mother, who is 93, living at The Arbors. The facility is beautiful and looks like a 5 star hotel. The amenities and activities are plentiful. There’s a beautiful pool (indoor and outdoor!), gym and library. They play games, cards and bingo. They have outings and happy hours with entertainment. Most importantly, they have drivers and a shuttle that assist residents in getting to local shopping areas and to their doctor’s appointments. There are some really frightening senior living facilities out there and you hear lots of horror stories. You won’t hear those things about the Arbors at Bridgemill. I have no doubt that my mom is In the best place she could be, and I know for certain that she would agree. If you’re for a place, this is it!

Such an amazing and diverse community. Very active! Not every place has a beautiful resort-style pool and workout room as well as fine dining. They have independent bungalows out front and then progressive stages of independent living and assisted living as well as memory care. Rebecca Merriman did a great job hosting us and Ashlee Fonteine does an excellent job taking care of memory patients. I would recommend this place to my own family as well as my patients/clients.

As an outside vendor, the partnership that we have with the staff members at the Arbor at BridgeMill is very important so that we can provide the very best care to their residents. The quality and care provided to the residents at the Arbor at Bridgemill is superior! My mom is extremely happy in her assisted living apartment. She has made friends with other residents and stays engaged in a variety of activities such as: enjoying a game of Rummikub, listening to live entertainment, going out to lunch, traveling to the museum, attending a resident council meeting, or attending a chef talk. The menu available provides a variety of special daily entree options as well as always available choices. My mom enjoys the fresh vegetables and fruit not always found in senior living communities. She appreciates the variety available and the first class presentation, and I appreciate knowing she has healthy and tasty options. Director Brooke Figueras knows ever resident, including my mom, by name. She exudes sincerity when interacting with all community members and their families. Hats off to this wonderful community!

I have lived in a cottage at the Arbor since 2020 and Have experienced great compassion and love from the top Administrator Brook to all the people serving . It has been a very difficult time for me healthwise and they all have been very supportive and helpful to me every day. I thank them all for this.

Most residents very friendly. Have heard from a new resident that she often has to eat alone because of the little clich© s and groups. Someone should take the new residents under their wing and see that they are introduced and not ignored by current residents. A better variety of vegetables would be nice and NO more SOS on Toast! The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

The Arbor at Bridgemill has the advantage of a relatively new facility and potential (it is capable of good things) our unfortunate experiences over several years across almost every aspect (management, dining, billing, social activities, front desk/communication, nursing, safety, care, retaining staff and especially corporate policies) are evidence of their continuing challenges.

A very nice high end senior living facility that offers levels of care so you can move as needed. The staff is attentive and courteous, activities are great and the 24/7 concierge provides security so the family doesn’t have to worry about their lives one. The arbor at BridgeMill is a wonderful five star living for seniors 65 and above. From activities to the staff you can not go wrong moving here. They have a solution for almost any challenge and will work to resolve conflict. They are a safe community mixed with different cultures of people. They care at the Arbor. We moved my Grandparents there in 2019. One mover into Memory Care and one to Independent Living. They were both taking care of beyond our expectations.

My Mother , Kitty Antonio has lived at the Bridgemill Arbor in Canton, Ga for 3 years now. My Family is thrilled at this Facility! Not only are the Staff so incredible from the Girls at the Front Desk , Kitchen Staff and All the People that live here are such a wonderful community! I stayed for a week here with My Mom while She was recovering from an eye surgery recently and couldn’t believe the Friendliness and Care that She has received! Five Stars all the way! She has showers and care a few days a week called Comforting Arms which is excellent and Loving! Cannot speak highly enough about this Facility!
